As I showed in the video, I spent some time mixing the track after stream. It might sound like the bass is too loud (I thought the same thing too) but I did a EQ match just to double check and it was fine.
My initial thought was because the version I played on stream had the bass turned down and the contrast between the two makes things seem off.

How does one (theoretically) get into streaming?

I did it by getting a webcam/camera setup and figuring out how to overlay chat. I'm not sure if I'll be able to continue streaming for a number of different reasons though 😢
