yes!! even just an artwork gives u alot of inspiration and lets you have an idea of what sounds to use and the vibe u going for.
Trueee artwork plays a major role in expressing how one should feel listening to a piece of music, it helps in the translation of music to the listeners..

I know it'd be too much to ask but can you please make a specific video about old Madeon as well? Like the one in 2010-11 when he was putting out remixes and stuff?

I love that specific style of Madeon a lot as well, the beautiful hybrid of two awesome genres NuDiscoHouse and Complextro, it was incredible and not a lot of people have made many tutorials about that..
Also, can't believe you're gonna move past 100k soon, damnn, love to see you grow, man, I've been following since the How to Porter Robinson video and it amazed me to see how you nailed it and have been a huge fan of yours since then.. I'll always keep supporting ya, man..

Not just France, after he moved to US and put out his album Good Faith he's well known in the US as well.. But I believe he's pretty known around the world too..

Absolute Fire tutorial
This is less of a Madeon tutorial, it's more of a Porter Robinson and Madeon tutorial; to me, it sounds like you really captured both of their styles into this tutorial. I am not complaining, it sounds really good, but what really sets Madeon apart is his style of Complextro; listen to his tracks 'Technicolor' and 'Icarus' to get a feel for it. You're right about the intro being ambient, and you did well in capturing that feel, but you slowly went the Porter/Illenium route for the rest of it.
i feel that. This video was loosely based off of beings and home (made me want to make this video in the first place) especially the intro. Kind of goes whatever direction it goes once i start though, I don't try to steer it into being a replica of another track. Otherwise I would just be making a remake. Just my interpretation of what i hear, thanks though!
@@MayFlwr I understand, and again the track you made is really good; I listened to the 'Adventure' album again a while ago, and I can hear the track fitting. I was just expecting you to cover his Complex-French-House style in this video, and was a bit saddened that you didn't. Not a lot of people make Complextro anymore, let alone in his style; and fewer people make tutorials based on his style of Complextro.
It would be nice if you could revisit the "Adventure Era tutorial" video concept, but cover his house-oriented/complextro-oriented music. It would be a cool throwback to when music like Laszlo's 'Supernova' was popular.
Regardless, I do appreciate the tutorial. If anything, this seems to be a better version of the Porter-style tutorial you made 2 years ago. XD
@@nobodyeverinhistory yeah I agree. That’s what I LOVE about Madeon’s style is his super euphoric upbeat drops. Songs like The Island remix, OK, Que Veux Tu remix, DJ remix, and Icarus.
