Read about the Adultery Law in Japan. A very civilized way of dealing with a terrible crime. The Faithful Spouse suffers so much.
In Japan, the 3rd party can be sued. It isn't necessary to prove that he or she knew they were the cheating party, only that a "reasonable person could have known or found out." THE FAITHFUL PARTNER IS COMPENSATED.

"It’s not as gross as potentially affecting your spouse with an STD, and you’re also not taking into account the psychological damage this would bring to the victim’s family.
If you want to cheat, don’t get married. Marriage is an economic contract with specific guidelines. It’s not about love, it’s not blind, it’s totally economical. An adulterous woman should lose custody of her children. An adulterous spouse is mentally unfit to be a parent."

There's a reason God deemed this immoral act worthy of the death penalty.

My opinion it should be punished civilly (ie sued) but not a criminal offense.
Cheating causes so much psychological, financial, etc. damage (often lifelong) to all parties involved (including children)

@@chesterpoindexter7594 Families get torn apart, spouses get hurt, and sometimes even murder can occur because of it, so yes it should be illegal, if you're a decent human being with morals and values than you shouldn't have anything to worry about, but if you're an immoral degenerate evil person then yes, I'd would worry.

You must be a fvck boy or 304 to wanna keep this act legal in order to waste other people’s precious time they can’t get back & get away with it. I hope all states push even harder for this so the “city’s bicycles” like you can get a public record or pay a hefty fine…..
