I’m just under 5 months since my surgery. I’m at the clicking and tightness stage currently. I have the bump as well. Dr didn’t recommend physical therapy he said I was good. Starting to get my grip back and strength. Started watching your videos when I First broke my wrist. Thank you for update!
ty michal your wrist look very good i also have lump on my wrist i think that is scar tissue bcs of surgery. Also do you have redness on your left wrist compared to your right wrist ?
just give me hope because I have a very similar or a little bit worse situation, but it’s very close to what I have have going on currently. Hoping to recover.🙏🏼
I am over a year after my surgery and its definitely not perfect but I left the bone broken for months... overall im pretty happy, some nerve pain and clicking but I have been able to do everything fine. My movement is opposite though. I can bend forward fine, backwards i can get 120° vs 100°.
@KolawoleFalodun first day after the initial injury, the back of my wrist was swollen, just assumed it was sprained. As I kept working I felt a sharp pain which is when I assume the nonunion occurred. I kept working with it broken for months, and it really didn't bother me, the swelling went down. Months later, though, it progressively worse like I was getting arthritis so I finally went to get an xray.
can you help me with my fracture, i still have sum problem with getting my hand extended. the grip strength got back i still cant get my hand extended to get into a pushup
Gives me hope, one week after surgery feels like an eternity
God bless you and everyone here who’s dealing with a scaphoid fracture 🙏

Hello, what symptoms did you experience during the months before surgery? Didn’t you feel it was broken initially?
