Hi, i just bought a crank - no start OBS'95 F-superduty. It has the coolant bottle in the same spot as your truck so i assume it is a similar vintage to to yours. I am new to diesels and dualies so i look forward to all your content.

@@andersonsgarage2334 don't know yet. once i get taxes done i will begin looking over my truck. i tested my glow plugs and only one was not an open short so i will replace those with cheap plugs and harness to see if i can get the engine to run. need to make sure the relay is not stuck closed burning the plugs. the guy i bought from said it had "bad fuel" i replaced the filter and cleaned out the bowl and that did nothing. once i get the plugs out, i want to turn the engine manually to feel for anything strange, and then address if the mechanical fuel pump could be bad. the seller tried to show me that it would run by hosing it with starter fluid and it ended up making a bad mechanical noise after 10 minutes of trying-broken glow plug? unfortunately, I bought it sight unseen at an online auction and spent about 800$ on a truck and trailer rental to pick it up. Hoping i can get it running - the flatbed has lots of storage and a shop made crane that i could use on some projects around the house and yard. take care and thanks for the response, your videos look informative.

@@andersonsgarage2334 KY. I got the truck in IL from a concrete company that was closing down and liquidating all their equipment.
