      I was also shocked by how good it looks. BB was at 30 FPS so this seemed even smoother at 60.

    I'd say Sekiro is indeed hard but you only need to learn the rhythm of every enemy and then it feels easy asf. It's hard only for newer players. On the other hand, DS games have little to no attack pattern learning and mostly rely on how well you understand the situation and what must be done. But still, i'd rather consider it to be easier than Sekiro anyway.

      Sekiro is quite easy the hardest souls game for me was ds2 because of how painfully slow it was. sekiro is the second easiest

      I’m going to tackle it last. I tried back in the day but I had never played any other of their games and it did not click for me then. I will save it for the end, me thinks.

      Wow, that's an opinion I haven't seen before.
      I've beaten all fromsoft games 20++ times each... And I though sekiro was by far the easiest of the bunch.
      //edit:
      After thinking back, there's no way it's not the easiest.
      You can parry everything except grabs, you're ridiculously mobile, bosses attack so predictably and only have like 5 combos each, your tools can outright obliterate bosses, lightning is basically an instant victory for you, you don't have to manage your stamina bar as long as you parry properly, the parry window is ridiculously long,..
      I don't think I died more than 5 times to any boss in sekiro. I couldn't say the same about dark souls 2 or elden ring.

    from someone that played all souls games besides demons souls:
    Sekiro is the hardest by far, as you cant just level up other weapons or go grind to make a boss easier or get npc phantoms to help, you have to actually deal with the fighting system and learn it or youre stuck.
    Dark souls 3 is IMO the easiest one. The ringed city is hard, but the rest of the game is rather easy once you somewhat know what youre doing, even without any summons. Just level the right weapons, the rolling and its I-frames is already more forgiving than most other from software games.
    If you want to play ds3 on "literally no brain" difficulty, get a pyromancy flame and "rapport" pyromancy, get exile greatsword, infuse it with chaos and get 40 intelligence and faith. Works up to ng+8 no problem, no difficulty

      To be honest, I have never once attempted to use any spells in FromSoft games. I always wonder if I am missing out. I pretty much stick to dex builds because I like the speed. Maybe one day I’ll give spells a chance.

      @@Leviverzyden spell based builds are 50/50 in their efficiency because as soon as youre vs an enemy with resistances against that type of spell youre gonna have a bad time
      the point of the build i commented isnt the spells tho, you can build it with 0 spells as long as you go 40/40 in faith and intelligence, as chaos and dark weapons scale the hardest in ds3, enabling you to have weapons with more than 800 AR without any points in str or dex, which you cant reach with dex or quality builds. Refined exile GS with str and dex both at 99 still caps out at 709 AR

    Ringed city is hard but the roll mechanics and overall smoothness is more forgiving than the previous games. Ds2 is on a whole nother level of bullshit and unfairness.

      I’m about 25 hours through DS2 right now and can confirm, the bosses aren’t too bad but the environments seem to be the worst aspect. I’ve never been poisoned by things as much as this game.

    Few have mentioned Bloodborne in the chat and I think with the gun/parry system it's pretty tough. DS3 is more about knowledge than skill. It does a whole lot of BS, but once you're in the flow it can feel quite smooth and easy. It'll still find ways to get you though, especially when that boss is on one-hit 😂

    Not, its Elden ring but only the DLC! if you play it as intended.
    1. 150-200 lvl
    2. NO CHANGING OF SPECS (if you bleed spec you're fucked against ghostflame dragons and some bosses)
    3. NO SUMMONS
    4. NO ASHES

      ds2 is only hard because of the bs hit box and the final boss having 3 phases in SOTS with the final phase doing passive damage when you're near it. Oh and the second Smelter demon fight from the dlc has the worst runback of any game

    • @grungefrog7840

      @@grungefrog7840 Artificial difficulty is not real difficulty.
      Darkbeast Paarl killed me the most in Bloodborne simply because of the camera messing me up. I would say it was one of the easiest bosses in the whole game, but I died to it the most because of artificial difficulty.
      The first time fighting Pursuer as a boss it killed me the most because I was still playing DS1 where the hit boxes are good and didn't realize I had to fight both the boss and the jank.
      DS2 only has 2 hard bosses due to actual design (Fume Knight and the Ivory King). Every other boss was annoying and had bs jank to make everything harder.

      @@MistaZULE artificial difficulty is not real. its just a meaningless term that people use for whatever they don’t like about a game and to make them feel like whatever it is is out of their control when its not get a bigger weapon level your adp and get over it the game is meant to be hard take the challenge or don’t and don’t get pressed when the hard game is hard thats how its always been with souls games thats how its always gonna be

    • @MistaZULE
      @MistaZULE 2 месяца назад

      @@grungefrog7840 but I'm telling you man, ds 2 wasn't more challenging because of the boss designs, level designs or anything actually well made. It was jank with faulty hit boxes and adp that severely ruined the idea of the rpg elements in that you have to level a certain attribute to even play the game which is entirely stupid.
      I did not find ds2 harder than ds1 or ds3. It was probably the easiest of the three because it lacked any challenging levels and most bosses were just a knight or something.
      Ds1 was the hardest because I had to "learn" the game, ds2 was fairly straightforward with only two bosses that really challenged me (Ivory king and Fume Knight) and ds3 had 4 bosses that I considered extremely challenging (Nameless King, Freide, Midir and Gael) and had much more challenging level designs.
      In my opinion ds2 is the easiest, and for me it's not even close.
