reason you're bad with the shotty is because you play heavy in light player mentality, you think all your items are there to deal damage and win fights when in reality you're supposed to bend and alter the map to your needs at every point of a fight and divide your health into different attempts of different resets instead of using it as a crutch and letting it get wasted whilst reloading, staring at the guy. ykno?
Naw mate the gun is just bad. I can take any other heavy build into ranked and go positive everytime. I think there's much better options than a shotty that has the bullet speed of a bow and arrow lol

Nah this shotgun is cheeks. His gameplay is fine
I do agree the shotgun still could be better but sometimes i think the problem with it is a skill issue for most people including me
I think it's the bullet travel time that gets me the most.

I definitely noticed that the shotgun was a lot more accurate but it's still sorta mid 🤷♂️
It doesn't have enough range or damage to justify using it IMO
