Have you ever tried this method of making bias tape or bias binding? How often do you use bias vs straight binding?

This is the BEST tutorial! Well explained, and the easiest to follow. I did try other videos on this topic, and every time, it was a disaster. THANK YOU!

This tutorial was SO HELPFUL!! I have watched a few others and couldn't understand the step where you off set the marks by 1/4 in and your video made it so clear! So much easier with this helpful video, thanks so much!

Thank you so much for your tutorial! I nearly gave up on the part where you need to offset quarter inch from raw edge because most tutorials just tell me to "shift it a little" which made no sense. I followed your clear instructions exactly and the bias tape turned out great. Thank you!

Finally. A good explanation. Others keep flipping the fabric every which way. Confusing.

@@ArtistTaraReed after I drew my diagonal lines I drew a line on the 1/4” seam line going across all the diagonal lines on both ends. Those intersecting points are where I pinned. After pinning the first one they all lined up exactly and got rid of the fiddling trying to match it all up. Hope that makes sense and is helpful for someone. Thank you again, this is a great video.😊

After trying several videos, it was using the pin to line up the lines 1/4 from the edge that was the trick for me.
