My blister packs from your starter bundle had TWO iconic rares in them. They look wild good and no pringling for the foils so far. I wish magic could figure their crap out for pringling foils. This game looks great, i cant wait to play with my friends hopefully this thursday.

What if I told you that machinas trigger isn’t a replacement effect and it deals the 6 dmg split to up to two clash cards in addition to his 6 power attack? 😅
Hi! nice 3 videos on Alpha Clash, i liked all 3, and the game seem to be nice, but do you think it will survive the long run. And if you had to choose between alpha clash and Universus (My hero academia and cowboy beebop/trigun next), as they are 2 VS fighting games, for investinf time and money wich will be your favorite? both?
I think we're witnessing a dramatic shift in collectible games that hasn't really been appreciated. The old "this needs to catch on massively at retail" isn't practical for 99% of games and also isn't needed anymore. With Kickstarter and direct sales, as well as bigger, less frequent events instead of weekly events, the ability for indie games to sustain and even thrive is more accessible than ever. Alpha Clash will never rival Magic, Pokemon, YGO, etc. for audience size, but if you are into the story, characters, system, etc and you can find even one other person who shares that interest, you're set. Buy a box or two of each new set, get together and play some games, enjoy it. There's just so many people now who have access; the local play space isn't necessary for success (even though it definitely helps). Alpha Clash is especially well positioned for this environment because they're actually telling an unknown story. The game is a way to expand that story and reveal new plot twists and characters instead of just representing a more static piece of work (like Cowboy Bebop). That's also a challenge because you have to create a new fandom entirely instead of just capitalizing on existing fans (as in Universus). So ultimately, it all depends on the framing and how you see the future of collectible games. There's so many games that need a few thousand players in the world to sustain and tell their story. I don't think Alpha Clash will have an issue finding this community, and may well grow much bigger than minimum viable. -Steven

@@PhilReotardo Yes, and not only that, you can target your own Torque 1 drop to give it +6/+6. Zach should have been dead 6 ways from sunday.
@@PhilReotardo yep, so best line would be to apply enough to push through a clash buff, then the rest on torque to smash magnate in the nads
