    Even though I have been following you for a few years I still found this "beginner's" class so effective! I enjoy these basic exercises and being reminded how important form is. Another great calss!

    I started experimenting pilates with your Pilates for Beginners videos! I've been doing them regularly (3-4 times a week) for 2 months now. I love them because somehow they are all different with different moves and challenges for my body ❤ I don't know when I will be able to move to intermediate pilates, as some of the movements in the beginners video are still very challenging for me. So far, I am loving it and really appreciate your energy and comments during the lessons🤗 Thank you Nicole! Happy to add this one to my list of regulars

    Hi Nicole! I was a dancer for many years and looked for workouts similar to our class warmups. Pilates was the closest I’ve found. I’ve recently started a journey of self-care and discovery and I’ve made a commitment to doing one of your workouts 4x/week along with mediation, journaling, and reading. Thank you for these videos. They bring me back to a positive time in my life that I hope to get back to soon! ❤

    I stopped working out for about a month and a half so I've had to start over recently. I can't explain how excited I was to see a brand new beginner workout the week after I started working out again because some of the other ones really kick my butt. Loved it :)

    Thank you so much! All my life I tried to workout, and tried so many workout programs, none of them lasts. They were to exhausting, I had a lot of pain afterwards, I really hated to workout. Until I found your videos. You are amazing, good energy, good nice stretch, between the difficult exercises. Very well explained exercises and how to breathe efficiently. I love everything about your classes! I can't wait to pass the beginner level, and to work on the other programs as well. I'm really grateful!

    I'm post partum and having such a hard time getting my core and hips to get strong again. I am SO grateful for your channel, this is exactly what I needed!     Nicole You teach amazing classes.     Thank you, as a recently early retired nurse due to back pain, burnout, anxiety and stress, I thought I would try this. I'm 58 very inflexible due to very sore joints and stiffness, I managed to do it and the next day felt instant relief from my back stiffness and pain. I'm hoping my flexibility will improve with time and trying different workouts but for now I can move pain free today, thank you again. :)

    This was a great reintroduction to your classes Nicole. I’m just over a year post-op from knee surgery and this beginner class is a perfect starting point to getting back into pilates. It gave me some key indications of where I need to strength build without over stressing my body. Looking forward to taking on your other classes in the future.

    I just found your channel and I am really enjoying the beginner series so far. I like the flow of the exercises, my fitness level is beginners, but this is a workout i think I can stick with and it feels good on my body. Happy to be able to do these at home. I've come across a gem with your channel and truly grateful for this. My goal is to keep up and do these 3-4x a week.

I've been doing this workout for this whole week, at first it seemed really hard to learn those poses, because it's my first time doing pilates, and my doctor recommended me either doing pilates or swimming, and because I'm really scared of swimming, I decided to do pilates, and I have no regrets now, because this is what I needed to keep my body in tonus🥰

    This really showed me how far I have come in my pilates journey following Nicole's classes. A few months ago, this would have left me in a sweaty mess and I would not have been able to complete it.     This is a perfect workout for me! I have a back injury and need to be very careful about what I choose to do for workouts. This is gentle enough but still can feel the burn…thank you Nicole 😊
