Amazing videos great job all around so cool
Thank you for this! Good conversation.
I take my herbs all week except weekends to give my body a break so they don’t don’t lose their efficacy. Just like he said
Good stuff brother ❤
People have been trying to take out coffee for a long time. There was this guy on Rogan’s podcast talking bout the correlation between a cultures coffee consumption and innovation and production.
It was pretty convincing.
Wow you said "the average American takes 11 medications" and I'm here thinking I don't know anyone on any medication. I don't take anything, my mom and dad aren't on anything, my son and daughter aren't on anything, none of my friends (that I know of), my grandmother doesn't take anything nor does my aunt or any of my uncles. Guess we aren't average lol.
Where are you from?
Definitely not.
I’m a PT and almost ALL my patients were on numerous medications.
Nice job with that theme song! Great content and keep it up!
It was all for you! 😄
Could I use 1/2 glycerin and 1/2 alcohol to make an extract/tincture?? Cuz I don't like the glycerin taste or that thickness.
Yes you can - or mostly alcohol and topped with glycerin or the opposite
I'm curious what you (either of the dudes on this video, really) think about decaffeinated coffee & tea. They still have a bit of caffeine left, ofc, but from what I've found online it's like 10% of the original amount, which is significant. I know some folks think the decaffeinating process is "bad" somehow, but I've mostly heard those opinions from the type of folks who don't do much more research than Facebook, heh. So yeah, curious about your thoughts, who actually put effort into understanding things.
On an unrelated note, the only herb I take regularly is turmeric, for RA. And lemme tell you, while it sure could be bulked out with fillers, at least it's easy to identify by color, smell, taste... It's pretty distinctive 😂
Decaffeinating process may include harmful chemicals leaving a residur in the final product.
Personally i think that if u wanna avoid cafeine, why not to just leave out the cafeine containing foods/drinks..?
Its same as if u dont wanna use alcohol, do u still need non alcoholic beer /wine? If u choose being vegan do u still go for fake meats made of soy or something worse..?
Can comfrey be ingested? It's been controversial. ?? Ty.
Researchers suggest you don’t take it internally. Just topically. European’s do seem to take it internally.
Have eaten it on occasion with no problem just a few leaf's in a salad.
You guys make living simply very complicated!
I live on my sailboat, I don't have to work for my food, I don't have to wait for it to grow, I just drop a hook and reel it in, clean, cook and eat it. Living on land is just so stupid.
Where do you get your Vitamin C fish?
Man was made to live on land…if it wasn’t for that you wouldn’t have a boat ha.
Lame😂
