So excited to share this updated version of my hummus recipe! Comment down below on which one is your favorite either from this video or my first hummus video. ☺
I made the original hummus today. I'm very pleased with how smooth it is and so easy to make. I scattered chopped green and black olives on top with a drizzle of olive oil. Delicious❤ Thanks for sharing this quick go to dip .
I used garbanzo beans and removed their shells. I haven't used cannellini beans but can only imagine how good and creamy that will taste. :) Hope you enjoy!
@@ClarissasKitchen The hummus with cannellini beans was so good. I put lemon juice, roasted garlic, Greek olives, a little basil pesto and basil infused olive oil. Thanks for the video
so glad you make this without tahini. I dont like that stuff at all. I'm making hummus for the first time tonight with roasted garlic for a lebanese meal with sish tawook, and kibbeh.. I am curious about the addition of ice in the processor.. so many people adding a cube or two of ice saying the hummus comes out super duper creamy that way... great ideas in your video..
If you don't want to bother with removing skins from the beans, just use cannellini beans instead. If you can't get cannellini beans, you might try great northern beans. I use cannellini beans ALWAYS and they make a great hummus.

If you use cannellini beans, do you need to remove their shells?
