I make It a fundamental ex To understand The persons And what It needs.especially The position of The feet on The bar on The basis of knee (valghe vare) And The alinement..only 4 exerc Short But intense!! If so, please just write in Italian and I can understand... if my guess is wrong then English it is! LOL - Ok yes, I think I understand you would like a detailed video for the Footwork series as this is such a fundamental series of exercises we use to "assess" our students at the beginning of the video. Yes?
Hi there - thanks for your question. Yes, perhaps. Sometimes when the exercises are new to you, you may be holding your breath. Sometimes that can make one light-headed or dizzy after using the Reformer. Also if upside down positions are unfamiliar, that may contribute as well. See what happens if you just breath normally during your workout... you may not do the exercises perfectly, but don't worry the exercises are hard for all of us :) Thanks so much for watching and for sharing your questions here.
