Thank you for the info. Being that you are tall, do you have the reformer in a different gear with the block/spacer for short box? Or do you keep it at the normal settings and just bend the knees more? Thanks so much for the great tips.
I actually keep mine in "first" gear for shortbox. You can absolutely gear someone out. If the person can use the bent leg to connect more to their glutes and hamstring great. If they can't and a bent leg is getting them into their quad then you should gear out. Great question! xx~LL
@@OnlinePilatesClasses I love that ! Still trying to work it into my budget to join. I'll get there! The USD to AUD conversion makes it a bit pricey for me right now but I look forward to joining
great stuff - thank you - getting clients out of their hip flexors can be difficult - love the use of the ring here… can you give a link here to your collaborrator, Andrea? Thanks you Lesley! Love your channel...
Thank you for watching! And, yes getting out of the hip flexors is tough. Although they do serve a good purpose for other reasons! Her link is in my description as well, here you go ruclips.net/video/Af1qnN2a5BU/видео.html Thank you for watching!! xx~LL
coolie :) I'm not part of Breathe Edu, but I'll see if Raphael will let me come along. I'm in San Fran in another week. Will be on the road for a few weeks - hoping to find somewhere to jump on a reformer or I'll most likely go mad! Hope to see you in Melbourne www.warrandytepilatesandphysicaltherapies.com/about-us
