My knees are fine in lunge, but I get pain in my shins, even both front and back shin sometimes. Any idea what this could be?
Are there any alternatives I could use from dumbbells?
What about bunions? Huge issue especially when I need to stand on my right. Very painful not in the knees but the feet (foot).
