    This would make a nice summer themed throw, or bag thinking of making lemons and lime wonder if that would be cute

      Sorry, but quick question may have missed it but what size is the completed square? Planning the size and how many I'd needed. 😊

    • @yarnTh3ory
      @yarnTh3ory  Год назад +1

      The finished square is 5” by 5”.

      Sorry but my brain goes 90 miles a minute when I really like something, how hard would this be to make it into 1 large (throw size) granny square. Think I could but not sure. Thanks

    I'm going to try this pattern and make it into a blanket or a throw for my leather couch.🤞

    Can a 4 weight acrylic yarn be used?

    If you stop at the round lemon part before the border, it reminds me of the cutest dishcloth design! I think I'll use a locking stitch marker/safety pin in those loose loops, or else I'm the worst at losing those. Your hands, voice & your talents are so heautiful!

    I have just found you and I’m so looking forward to trying this. I have never crocheted only knitted. Do you have any beginner tutorials before I start this one as I’d like to make a blanket with them. Thank you

    This is so cute and your instructions are extremely clear! Do you think if I used a thinner yarn, I could make the lemon without the border flat enough to use as a coaster?

    • @yarnTh3ory
      @yarnTh3ory  4 месяца назад

      Thank you! You definitely can! I have used a dk weight cotton yarn to make this pattern and it came out flat enough to be used a a coaster.

      Thank you so much for these kinds words 😊This past year has been a whirlwind and I wasn’t able to create how I wanted. Im happy to have time to record and post again. I’m going to stick to uploading a video once a week! More tutorials are heading your way ❤️
      Congratulations on the new grand babies! I’m so happy to know that you were able to make them such special gifts using the tutorial! I’m planning to update that tutorial soon and include instructions for creating a hood. It will be posted in October ❤️
      Thank you so much for your support!

    Hi! Do you have a pattern for an accompanying plain granny square of the same dimensions/stitch count? I'd love to make a project with half lemon squares and half plain squares (to break it up but mostly because it'll go faster and I might actually be able to finish a project that way! haha)

    • @yarnTh3ory
      @yarnTh3ory  9 месяцев назад +1

      That is such a great idea! I will write up the instructions for a plain square to accompany this lemon square and add it to the blog post. Check my website on Friday and you will see the instructions included in the updated blog post 🤎

    • @yarnTh3ory
      @yarnTh3ory  Год назад

      You could adjust the size of the lemon by changing the yarn. Try working with a fingering weight yarn and you can make drastically change the size of the lemon.
