Hello I just wanted to come here and say: This tutorial is THE BEST I would lie if I said I am a beginner bc I just started crocheting TODAY and I could follow this tutorial very easily and I wasn’t working with the easiest yarn (very fluffy yarn) THANK YOU SO MUCH 🫶🏻 I just finished my first square and will continue doing heart shaped granny squares while following your tutorial. I want to make enough squares (probably like 50-100 over the year) to make a blanket out of it. My current square turned out to be about 20x20cm, I used fluffy yarn (the one you use for stuffed animals) and a 8mm hook if anyone wants to do a blanket as well out of these super cute and easy granny squares Again thank you for the tutorial it’s so gooood 🫶🏻

this is the first and only tutorial I've found that shows EXACTLY where you enter your hook into the stitch haha I love it so much this was so helpful for me. I have a hard time following just a pattern sometimes so these videos make it so much easier to follow them ❤

You show how and you are slow for many which is needed as well as you put the pattern on tet on screen so people can read it and i pause and follow because i have learned to be faster and just fast forward to see the text once i watched it and did it twice with you. After other tutorials my heart looked kinda crooked, but this one turned out just right!! Love this! For the last row I start with a chain of 3 instead of 2 and then DC as usual in the next stitch and not in the same. In the end I slip stitch in my chain 3. This way it gives me 15 dc on every side instead of 16 dc on one side and 15 on the rest 🥰

Finally found a video where the explanation is clear. And nothing is skipped. Made the heart in the first attempt. It came out exactly the same. It wasn't as hard as I was expecting. I liked that you didn't stop explaining the stitches when you said to copy the stitches on the other side. It was easy because I could follow along. 🫶🏻 Though I won't be able to remember the complicated series of stitches and will watch the video for all the hearts I make. Also there's a pumpkin smiley face in the heart. I thought that's maybe me. But I can clearly see it in yours too. The hearts have gotten more fun to make now 😄

Omg I had to unravel the first time I made the circle because it looked weird and I thought the heart was going to look weird too because I might've missed a stitch but omg it looks good and it's the first time I'm making this!! I didn't even know how to do the half double crochets 🥺🥺🥺 I'm super proud of myself, I feel like tearing up because i give up on all my hobbies because of how difficult they are in the beginning 🙈
