These are nothing new… I have been using these same Uponor fittings since 2007… great fittings and ease of use especially with uponor pipe… no need for a pipe bender for off sets, passovers and 90 bends either as pipe the pipe is rigid… simple use of hand bending instead and press fit… amazing stuff…
When assembling viega fittings when doing plumbing never place them closer than 1’ together because if the water freezes there’s not enough room for expansion!!!
@@jamescoombs2569 100% copper and solder are still great! I’m the newer school I tend to push towards press. But from time to time I like to go back to solder

@@prodbybabygod7411 just curious, why is there an assumption I can’t solder just because I make initials with fittings? And why is PeX not a real plumber, 90% of all new construction here uses PEX. So please don’t base your preference over what we have here

Is that pex B pipe? Also is there a transition fitting right? Press Pex one side then copper press?

Shark bites are garbage, and will fail a county/city plumbing inspection depending on where you live.
