- Learn how to make Vietnamese head cheese (Giò thủ), a meat jelly made with flesh from parts of a pig head, a popular food to celebrate Lunar New Year in Vietnam. It’s very crunchy, peppery, flavorful, rich in collagen, and high in protein.

♥ Ingredients:
(Makes ~30 oz head cheese)
2 pork ears
1 pork tongue
30g woodear mushrooms
1½ tbsp chopped garlic
1½ tbsp chopped shallot
½ tbsp whole black peppercorn
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Fish sauce to taste
Salt
Oil
5 green onions, white part
2 slices of fresh ginger
Baking soda (about 1 tbsp)
White distilled vinegar (about 1 tbsp)

(2 đòn giò thủ)
2 tai heo
1 lưỡi heo
30g nấm tai mèo
1½ tbsp muỗng canh tỏi băm
1½ tbsp muỗng canh hành băm
½ tbsp muỗng canh tiêu nguyên hạt
½ tsp muỗng cà phê tiêu xay
Nước mắm, muối, dầu
5 gốc hành lá
2 lát gừng
Thuốc muối baking soda (khoảng 1 muỗng canh)
Giấm trắng (khoảng 1 muỗng canh)

hôm nay em mới dc biết đến kênh của chị, xem clip tôm rang muối xong là em subscribe liền và xem liền tù tì đến gần 12h khuya luôn, điều em thích ở những clip của chị là cách hướng dẫn rất nhanh gọn và dễ hiểu, có cảm giác như chị đặt tất cả tình yêu thương gia đình vào trong cách chế biến từng món ăn, được các con ăn và yêu thích món ngon do mình làm ra còn gì bằng pko ạ. chúc chị và gia đình luôn vui và hạnh phúc, ra nhìu clip hay hơn nữa cho bọn em xem nhé!
ps: em ít khi nào cmt và cmt dài như vậy trên utube, nhưng xem clip của chị em thích qá, nên phải viết cho chị vài dòng để cảm ơn và bày tỏ sự thích thú của mình. :)

Trinh Nguyen dùng foil lúc luộc/hấp sao noq biến màu đen thùi như bị ra gỉ, ghê quá.
Trinh Nguyen chac cat bao nylon hoac xai parchment paper, chu cling wrap dung toi dau nhan nhum toi do kho lam lam a
Chị cử dùng đồ nhựa (vì nhựa gặp nhiệt độ cao rất có hại cho sức khoẻ, em có thể google để tìm hiểu rõ hơn nhé), nếu không có lá thì dùng parchment paper thay vì túi nilong vậy.
Thay chi Van xào chín het moi' gói mà, hinh nhu ko Có luoc hay hap thì phai.
