I don't know why some people think you are on gear if you're big and have big arms that you can't achieve big arms and legs without steroids 😬 some people have great genetics and work hard since they were young and had dedication to working out and eating right you can achieve a great body . I've been working out since i was 12 and I'm 56 with 22in arms 58in chest naturally with only taking eaa's and the German creatine No protein powders or caffeine just good food lean steak , spinach, broccoli, eggs and a lot of water with lemon and celtic sea salt that's it.

Brother, this is one for the best comments I’ve had so far. Everything you say is right on the money. People are wired for shortcuts, because that’s what society sells daily - 5 minutes abs and 30lbs of muscle in 30 days. It’s all a bunch of BS. The harsh reality that nobody wants to face is - there are no shortcuts, basic stuff works the best, it’s gonna be hard, it’s gonna take a lot of work and patience, but eventually you will get there. It’s a life long journey and you’re a testament to it. Nobody has time nor patience today, and that’s why nobody believes that it’s possible. The people that are ready to hear the message, will take the right action and see results. The rest - they’ll continue to complain and look into the latest fads. Thanks again for sharing. Much love and respect 🙏

Steroids isn't about muscle it's about muscle fibers which genetically you cannot enhance that's why when someone showed you a striation of their side glutes or inner quad you cannot get that type of Separation no matter how hard you work no matter everything else unless you're on gear plain and simple you can get Cuts but they're not going to be that deep.

Many top bodybuilders have relied on up to one gram of various testosterone's a day, together with growth hormone and many ancillary drugs to mollify the side-effect.
Sadly, to be competitive in many areas of sports, one must use ergogenic substances.

I've not seen a single pro bodybuilder who doesn't claim they started competing naturally and went onto steroids after they were already professional. They all seem to want us to know they'd still be good without drugs. It seems important to them. Having said that, comparing the average pro to the average steroid using gym goer, their bodies are like night and day. So it's possible some of these guys could compete naturally. But not against drug using pros.

With a few exceptions (Platz being one), that generation of top tier guys denied using anything for years. Decades, even.
Now the trend is to see who can admit to taking the lowest doses for the shortest times. Nasser was the only one who has ever been completely honest.
Robbie, Arnold, Franco, Mentzer… ALL of those guys were juiced to the gills with Primo and Deca, Test, and whatever orals they could get. The top tier didn’t really go full retard until the early 90s when they started the non-stop, high dose cycles with Insulin and ABSURD doses of HGH, and the 2+ grams of protein per lb of body weight.
Now we have bikini girls pushing Tren and Winstrol. This sport is sick.

I don't remember the details. But I read somewhere about the connection between sickle cell trait and extreme black athleticism and muscle tone (and fast twitch fibers) It's been awhile but I definitely remember hearing or reading that at some point. And I think what we have here is a prime example of that in action. I had a cousin who had sickle cell trait... You can usually tell by black people who have a kind of reddish to the whites of their eyes.. sickle cell trait for sure. Anyways the point is my cousin was a natural megamorph his dad is a matter of fact played in the Donald Trump's usfl football League I believe the usfl

    Arny 100mgs test
Ronnie turned pro natural then used 250mgs test prescribed by doctor.

No way he was natural back then, I have seen them all, the naturally gifted ones, using roids or not. This is what I think a lot of younger people and cynics these days don't understand. Sure most top bodybuilders today are on steroids. But you hear people talk about only maybe one in 1,000,000 people might have a natural bodybuilders physique. Well that's still at least one in a million and you're occasionally going to run into one of those. I think that's what we have an example of here with Robbie. What else his extreme health and his outstanding physique at this age. .. the proof is in the pudding. I don't care what anybody says I know it's a real thing because I went to school in the 80s in a small town I don't think gear was really a thing there except for maybe the bodybuilding team. But there were guys that I went to grade school with that from the 6th grade on up were just ripped naturally put like 5% body fat. They barely started puberty. .. natural specimens. There's a few in every Hood. And the thing is my dad went to school with their dads and would tell me about their exploits. You'd meet their parents and see the genetics in their family... Even cousins of theirs. Genetics really are a thing. If you've ever seen a picture of Mike Tyson at 13... then you have also another example. Not everybody needs steroids to prosper. Sometimes they're just blessed.

    • @markhuntermd
      @markhuntermd 4 месяца назад

@@_Only_Zuul DNP use goes back to like the early 50s... maybe before. It's interesting that there is a really old movie on YT with
George Eiferman. In the movie, the weight loss girls are all on DNP. The mechanism is really fascinating. It causes a loss of protons in the Electron Transport Chain (mitochondria of brown fat cells). The cell tries to catch up to this loss by massively increasing metabolic rate. The result being the burning of fat and production of heat.
This whole interview with Robbie makes no sense at all. He knows what had to be done to win.
Insulin came along with the explosion in the use of GH. Long term GH can cause diminished insulin production. It doesn't have to if the athlete is eating the way he should. But that is truly the hardest and most important thing when it comes to success. Anyone can take drugs and hit the gym. It's the food that makes the difference.

I loved the interview but the interviewer needs to learn the art of silence and how powerful a tool it is as an interviewer. You don’t need to constantly interrupt the person who has so much to give. You don’t need to constantly agree and chime in with affirmations. Just relax and let it all happen. Let the person speak until they are finished, especially when this person was trying to give out nuggets of wisdom. I know you will do better. You just need to relax.
