Dominique oh girl you’re so young and you’ve got time. I was NOT thinking about this at 19 and felt unhappy too. It took me years to find my journey but yours can start TODAY. Have you considered joining one of my health challenges? I run them monthly ❤️
Keep trying no matter how many times you fail. Keep looking at what you want to achieve and let it motivate you. It's all about trying and trying again.
Dominique you can do it. Believe in your self, keep the faith, have hope, don’t give up, don’t quick, believe! Believe! Believe! Start small and be consistent and don’t give up. There’s a thousand ways to lose the weight all you need is one. You can do it!
Dominique look up intermittent fasting. OMAD. even prolonged fasts. if you do it right/safely, it could be a life changer for you. physically and mentally. combine that with a workout you love doing consistently and you’ll be set for some major changes.
I love how you look younger now than you did in your 20s. It goes to show how clean eating can really make a difference to our health. This is really motivating!!
After my father died I became depressed and eat a lot and drink alcohol . this story made me cry because it reminded me of myself. thanks for this I started living healthy and want work out every day.
Im so sorry about your father. Losing our loved ones is so hard. You will be more at peace once you are treating your body better. please let me know if you ever wanna know more about my challenge groups. They can really give you that extra support to keep on track xo
I am also crying @Dominique this touched me in ways I cannot describe. I am on a journey - not the same as no one ever has the same journey, but the depression, anxiety, helplessness, desire, determination all are the same. You are amazing and real. Thank you
Great inspirational video. I lost 90 pounds over several years and I never looked back. It changed my life. I am so glad I did. I'm 50 this year and I'm in the best shape of my life. Thanks for sharing your story.
Laura what do you do for exercise? Curious because I'm in my late 30s, 70 lbs overweight, I used to do martial arts but now everything hurts lol I want to enter my 40s in great shape again! Would love to know what you do
@@Ephesians5-14 Now being 50 I have changed my exercises to accommodate my age. I don't as much cardio but like to add it in some routines. I use 8 pound weights any heavier tends to bother my neck and shoulders. I do 30 reps of most exercises . First one is squats with an over head press, I use that one in a lot of my regiments. Lunges front and back , military presses and bicep curls, then I hit the floor for abs . If you look up on RUclips you can find a variety of exercises to do. Good luck. I also eat more protein and veggies than carbs. But luckily I have a job where I am on my feet all day. I am in healthcare and these days we keep moving a lot. Good luck
Haha what the doctor said about welcome in your thirties.... I finally stopped denying that I too, am in my thirties. Glad to hear six times isn't overdoing it :)
Ugh I'm 50 in two years, I've been gaining weight for no good reason, maybe I do need to work harder, I remember when I could melt that fat off in an instant.....NOT ANY MORE😡
Jen I’m finding that, in my late 40s, I really do have to watch my carb intake, especially refined carbs. Nothing extreme like keto, but definitely having carbs in small amounts.
I'm at the turning point of making these changes to my lifestyle and health & watching your story has given me the confidence and push that I can do this -so tomorrow I'm calling the group I've put off joining to commit to a program! I've been unhappy with my appearance for 2 years! Thank you for your inspiration 💕
I absolutely loved it. Great job and so very inspirational. I am down 55lbs with about 60 to go. I feel so much better and I’m learning so much about proper nutrition. I’m a disabled veteran so more weight I lose the easy it is on my joints and heart. Thank you so much for sharing your story. You are beautiful.
I don't comment on videos very often, but WOW very well put together story and great motivation, very impressed, love how real and candid you were and many people feel like this and I think this is a great and powerful video and story!!
I LOVE this style of a transformation story. I’m always searching for best beachbody transformation videos on here and they all seem to be the same. Thank you for being so open and being REAL. Amazing job
What strikes me most about your story is what a great example you're setting for your son. He can grow up knowing what it's like to take care of himself. Good job!
You really are a strong person. My wife and kids try and try to get me to diet. I'm struggling with getting motivated. I have kids and I do not want to die young and not see them grow up. Watching this video is very inspirational because you went through struggles like I am going through now. I am 6'4" and 330. I have never been this heavy ever. I am trying to get inspired because it's truly hard. Being skinny when I was in high school has really shown and opened my eyes to why people that were over weight struggled because I'm experiencing it now. Thank you for posting this and I hope I can wake up and push myself. I never thought gaining weight would be so hard because it bakes u have zero energy compared to when I was skinnier. Thanks and good luck in your fitness goals!!
Sorry I missed the comment until now! I feel for you because it can seem SO daunting to get started. I cant recommend a program like I started with enough. its not about quick fixes and you learn so much about eating right and you actually start to WANT to eat healthy and exercise. Theres so many programs you can start with that are easier on the body and good for beginners. Please don't think you cant do this too. You are capable of so much!! xo
ah N Look up Dr. Berg here on you tube I started keto and intermittent fasting on March 15, 2018 and I've lost 45 pounds. I'm so happy, keto and if might not be for every one but it totally worked for me with no exercise at all. I'm still shocked that just by changing my diet, I've changed my entire life, I will now live and not die. ☺ 💕 💪 XOXOX
🌻🍁🌻I THINK IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW WE LOOK AT THINGS IN LIFE! I LOOK AT IT, like this my HEAVENLY FATHER GAVE ME A BODY,TO USE TO LIVE my life and I need to take care OF IT! It's a responsibility that I have,to show my gratitude for all he has blessed me with in my LIFE! I have Thyroid PROBLEMS, and ALONG WITH that a 40% higher RISK OF CANCER!!!! I DON'T LIKE THOSE ODDS!!!!! SOME PEOPLE ARE DYING RIGHT NOW, THAT TRULY WANT TO LIVE, SO WE MUST DO ALL WE CAN, TO LIVE FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T! I LOST my grandmother a year AGO to bone CANCER, and she taught me how to LIVE!!! And that's what I'm trying to do!!!!🌻🍁🌻🍁🌻🍁
Watch Sadia on Pick up Limes - Her food looks so amazing and she suggests adding more healthy foods so you won't feel deprived. Obviously adding excercise is really going to help too.
Major respect to you, how much mental strength it takes to do what you do constantly arguing with yourself and feeling so low and not feeling motivated. You look healthy and most of all happy. ❤️❤️❤️
I watch this like a few times a year for inspiration and no matter what I was going through ... you always presented as beautiful in EVERY before pic posted. I pray you’re still kicking ass ♥️🙏♥️
Seeing you fit, you just look like youve always been fit. You've always been beautiful, regardless of weight but you seem so much happier, now. Good for you!
There is a different sort of positivity I felt while looking at your story .... Amazing job ....Its very difficult to workout when you are feeling shitty about yourself ... Great that you got over it... Congratulations 😚
I watched this video about two years ago. It really motivated me to start working out. And I have been working out and loving it ever since! Stay well, everybody:)
Amber, your story resonates with so many people. You've done an amazing thing and you should always keep pushing to be an inspiration to yourself. Much love from the uk 🇬🇧
Hi Amber!!! I really enjoyed your inspirational story and wish you all the blessings😇 I struggled with eating disorders as a teen and have been both underweight and overweight during that time. Luckily when I was about 17 I was able to get proper treatment for these issues and now 10 years later, I have served over 5 years in the military, have a college degree, have a healthy relationship with my body/food and am regularly deadlifting well over my own body weight on top of other strength training, martial arts, hiking, and running:) I am so grateful that I had the support I needed otherwise I definitely would have been dead by now. Please continue to inspire others♥️!
Thank you for sharing your journey and encouragement! This is really inspirational because you are being genuine about it. A lot of “weight loss” videos on RUclips are just trying to sell you a program that probably wont work. You are just showing us that its all about sticking to a diet and exercise plan. So simple but yet, its hard to get started! Videos like this motivate me!
You have ALWAYS been so determined and focused in your work for others (as a mother, employee, etc.); it comes as no surprise how far you've come now that your commitment has shifted inward and for YOURSELF. I am impressed and so proud, but already knew you had this in you. I love you, friend.
I'm so happy for your progress, I'm 21 and I've been obese my whole life ,I hate it but right now I'm in my second week of quitting sugar and processed food because I realized I actually have a sugar addiction, I've lost about 4 lbs so far and I just wish I could've done it sooner because I'm scared I'll get excess skin after weight loss since I do have to lose about 80lbs,I'm so excited for this lifestyle change
I'm on my journey. It's now 5 months into it. I workout 5 days intensive for a hour or so. Light workout 30- 45 minutes on Sat. I know this change has helped me. Glad to know that 2 to 3 years can get me there. Thanks
There’s something about your spirit that just reminds me to be genuine and true to yourself, to be forgiving of yourself, and push yourself kindly. Because we can all be better, but you have to allow yourself to mess up, accept that, and be the better person you want to be. You’re such a strong woman and an inspiration, and that goes past working out. It really shines in this video, and perhaps your lifestyle change allowed your true spirit to shine through. Thank you for sharing!💜
Thanks for your inspiration! If there are any people who have quit smoking...I've come to realize that my relationship with food and overeating has the same kind of withdrawals as quitting. I know that it goes away. Food addiction is different though, because you have to eat BUT you don't have to eat all the processed extra addictive crap or go back for 2nds and 3rds. I am working split shift and have found it helpful to cook enough for lunch and supper, so I can carry a healthy supper for work. I really think that I can do this. Good luck everyone
Everytime that I tell myself “I’m gonna work out today” and I end up not working out, I feel worse and worse about myself. I am currently at 250. I lost a significant amount of weight a few years ago (320 to 180) but then gained a lot back. I have now 84lbs to lose to get to my goal weight of 160. But what I loved about your story is that you did it and failed. You did it again, failed again and then eventually you got your stride. Thank you so much for posting your story. It give me hope to actually try and not think that I am going to fail (which then stops me from trying)
*I wish i saw this video sooner in my life.* I saw this video about 4 weeks ago and i thought, "im happy for her", but i told myself that i cant do that. But the next few days i started waking up feeling happy, not for other people, not for what i could do that day, but because i jusy simply felt happy inside. Without realizing it i had actually changed my life at that moment. Only now that i have stumbled upon this video again and it hit me, i had completely changed how i looked at myself and others all because of this video! Ive lost so much weight in only 4 weeks (which is a big deal to me because my weight never changed) and i didnt even realize the healthy choices i was making, it felt like it was just always part of my life and fun, not a chore. *All those comments that stuck in my head were pushed out.* So thank you 💜💜💜 thank you very much
Awesome Job Amber! You will forever be an inspiration and an awesome role model to your kids and your followers. Now if you’ll excuse me, my eyes are sweating.
Love this video! Your story is so relatable.. I also made up every excuse you could think of. Then at work we had a competition and whoever lost the most percentage of weight won, I came in second with a 19lb loss then lost another 20 on top of that afterwards. Over'a year I gained back some and then realized I have to do this, there's no other way other than exercise and eating the right foods, which my whole life was never something I did til my mid twenties. I now love working out, eating healthy foods and feel the best I ever have. Usually days off were lazy and I never wanted to do anything. I actually want to go for a run, or a hike or just something instead of being a couch potato. Absolutely inspiring :)
This is so much like my story! I never, ever thought I'd love to lift weights, but here I am! I, too, started with The 21 Day Fix and did that program for 10 months before moving on to 21 Day Fix Extreme, ChaLEAN Extreme, and finally 80 Day Obsession. I started out using 2 & 3lb dumbbells and am now using up to 35lbs at times. I was 45 when I started working out and eating healthier. I wish I'd started earlier, but since I can't go back, I'll just go forward from here. 😊 The comment about going to the doctor to have your thyroid checked made me laugh out loud! I used to think that way too. And, I too, have had a hard time pushing past feelings of "I don't want to work out today" and not wanting to sweat. 😌
Wonderful story! Congrats and im happy for you and your little boy, he's lucky to have a mom who introduced the healthy lifestyle to him in such young age
Thank you thank you so much for sharing your story 💜 You brought tears to my eyes. Being 36 and being someone who enjoys working out but not getting results like I use to. I actually made an appt back in March thinking I had thyroid problems. Results from my blood work came back normal. My doctor said it sounds like you have more depression and anxiety. That day when I took my first prescription of Prozac I signed up for 30 days of BOD. I followed you and many other coaches and decided to make the change. I signed up full time as a coach and have a coach and the groups. I still watch/follow your journey. But sitting here today finally getting a chance to watch your video. Amber you ROCK!! Thank you again.
I love that you admitted that you were trying to make excuses for yourself because many people can't or won't admit that to themselves. I have also been there and am now feom 220 lbs to 174 lbs and IT FEELS GOOD! So I'm very happy for you! You go girl!
I've lost 30Ibs but thinking about doing HIIT to tone up. I have another 35 to go. Yesterday was a bad day, had tgi Fridays and then ordered pizza and today I feel terrible. I don't know why I did it! I walked 10000 steps but feel like I let myself down. Your video was amazing, such an inspiration! Xx
Beach body has the best exercises. I used to do the 10-minute workouts and never felt better or looked fitter. Also reduces your stress levels. Need to get back into it.
Ania O yes! They’ve increased their library so much! There’s literally something for everyone! I never run out of new things to try! You really should get back into it! And if you don’t have a coach already I would love to be yours!😍
Yess! We have the T25 and it's so fun and effective for those of us that make excuses to exercise. It's only 25 minutes so you can't say you don't have the time. And usually after the 25, you just wanna do more. Great motivator!
Right on! It's all about having peace of mind, body and spirit! I'm 51 and I was partying like a rock star from the time I was 17 till about 35 and it was empty and I was empty and I quit! My story is different from yours though. I didn't start putting on the weight until I stopped running the bars and dancing and boating. I had a couple of health issues after I stopped partying and that's when I really put the weight on. I have lost 54 lbs. this past year and I feel great! I'm so glad you woke up and made your life right when you did. Your little boy needs a healthy mom who's mind is clear and there for him. Good luck with everything!!!! You deserve wonderful things and you have so much to be proud of!
Tammie Parrish Miller thanks so much for sharing your story and I’m so sorry it took me so long to respond! I’m so happy you’ve cleaned up your life and lost weight. You’ve most likely improved the quality of the rest of your life and that’s amazing!! ❤️🤗
Congrats you really deserve this! Even though it was more difficult because you weren’t really ever athletic unlike most people on these journeys, so this really is something to be proud of now :)
Amber: Gaelic for FIERCE!!! Cheers to the YES moment, and the next YES that kept you on your track to coach and guru status. It all starts with each of us in Nay to YAY mode!!!
Your stay is so inspiring I too have struggled with my weight and started working out I ordered some workout bands, waist trimmer and it's going on 2 was and I am feeling better and better it's something I am doing for me I am always doing for family and friends.I know I have to stick with it and work on me for a change so I totally relate to your awesome story...good job u are very inspiring 😊
Thank you! You can totally do this too! I run online challenge groups if you ever want extra accountability and help! Just email me through my contact info xo
Great story!! I needed to see this! Thank you! You have motivated me! I was working out, running and going to yoga 6 days a week and fell off that wagon so hard. I keep making excuses for myself, I feel like if I can't do what I was doing before there is no point. But TRULY I just have to work back up to it again and it can be slow but I need to do something rather than nothing. Your little boys words at the end were a reflection of you!! Thank you for sharing your story!! Today will be my day to get back to a healthier me!
I PROMISE this is one of the best videos...maybe because you just told my story only about you..very motivating! Thank you for the being honest and transparent! Your son is the cutest!!!
Wow! i’m no way near what you accomplished ! you are really inspiring and thank for taking the guts to share your journeys! But seeing your little boy at the end make me realize this is the best gift you gave to your son! ❤️🙏🏻
I had a complete hysterectomy at 30 yrs old (after 8 previous surgeries in 2 yrs)... not only did I have a pain pill addiction afterwards but I gained 30 lbs. I’m thankful for my sobriety (4yrs) but I need to work on my fitness again... thank you for the inspiration!
I’ve watched this video twice... And all I’d say to you...is that I LOVE YOU! 🙂 You’re strong and beautiful. You’re fearfully and wonderfully made... and drastically transformed! 🙌

Great inspirational video. I lost 90 pounds over several years and I never looked back. It changed my life. I am so glad I did. I'm 50 this year and I'm in the best shape of my life. Thanks for sharing your story.
Laura Harris wow congratulations!! So cool! 💪💕
Louise Berendsen Keep it up because 40s is even worse.
Ugh I'm 50 in two years, I've been gaining weight for no good reason, maybe I do need to work harder, I remember when I could melt that fat off in an instant.....NOT ANY MORE😡
Eternal Rambler There’s just things you can’t escape, like impending menopause.
@@marcilk7534 man shes fat
Jen I’m finding that, in my late 40s, I really do have to watch my carb intake, especially refined carbs. Nothing extreme like keto, but definitely having carbs in small amounts.
'I'm hungover I deserve the take out', soo relatable! Thank you so much for this vid
Absolutely love your son, he's learning good habits that'll help him through life, the world needs more of this, happy mother's day 🍎
I just cried..... like... really, I cried.
Travis Persichino aw thank cousin! 😘
Travis Persichino I know, I don’t even know the lady but it touched some hot spots . Very motivating
💜💜💜 this spoke to me so hard. Right when you said “welcome to your 30s, talk to me after you’ve worked out 6 days a week”.... my ears perked up.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful story and beautiful self. Your son's little speech in the end was the cutest thing!
Good job!
hammockmonk thank you so much! 💕
You are capable of so much!! xo
Osito Kintsugi What an encouragment to share. I pray that you are healed this year❤
ah N
Look up Dr.
Amber looks like she unaged 20 years after her weight loss. Truly a transformation and truly an inspiration. Thank you for sharing your story, Amber.
This is great! And your little guy at the end is sooo precious!
weinbagel thank you so much! 💕
and she’s also teaching him it’s amazing
You’re also an inspiration to your son. You’re teaching your son healthy habits early on. Keep up the great work!
Major respect to you, how much mental strength it takes to do what you do constantly arguing with yourself and feeling so low and not feeling motivated. You look healthy and most of all happy. ❤️❤️❤️
I didn’t recover well when I was working out 6 days a week. For me, 5x is the sweet spot. 1 hour circuits in the AM and 30 minutes of yoga in the pm.
I watch this like a few times a year for inspiration and no matter what I was going through ... you always presented as beautiful in EVERY before pic posted. I pray you’re still kicking ass ♥️🙏♥️
Imagine her child watching her excercise every day, he will just walk in her steps 👍🏻👍🏻
Seeing you fit, you just look like youve always been fit. You've always been beautiful, regardless of weight but you seem so much happier, now. Good for you!
Oh thank you!
"your just gonna have days like that" ... no one tells you that, THANK you.
There is a different sort of positivity I felt while looking at your story .... Amazing job ....Its very difficult to workout when you are feeling shitty about yourself ... Great that you got over it... Congratulations 😚
your son is soo sweet. he reminds me of my little brother when he was young.
This woman changed my life forever I will always love her and I will never give on her! She is the most amazing person I have ever met
Your son is a great mini coach
Sara Sepia thank you! He’s pretty awesome! 💕
Your son is a sweetheart!! Your story was so heartfelt. Thank you for sharing. ❤️
Nadia Boraby ❤
Love this. Yes
*I wish i saw this video sooner in my life.*
I saw this video about 4 weeks ago and i thought, "im happy for her", but i told myself that i cant do that.
*All those comments that stuck in my head were pushed out.*
So thank you 💜💜💜 thank you very much
Tropical Forrests wow!!! This is so amazing! Thank you for sharing this with me! ❤️❤️❤️ congratulations on making those small get crucial changes!
Awesome Job Amber! You will forever be an inspiration and an awesome role model to your kids and your followers. Now if you’ll excuse me, my eyes are sweating.
16kg/35+lbs down & for the first time I like sports as well, it's insane honestly.
The comment about going to the doctor to have your thyroid checked made me laugh out loud! I used to think that way too. And, I too, have had a hard time pushing past feelings of "I don't want to work out today" and not wanting to sweat. 😌
I do have a thyroid problem
Claire Sanders it’s so cool that you started working out at 45! It’s never too late right?? So cool!
Great TRANSFORMATION, Amber!!
Ok I was all good until her son at the end. 😭 He reminded me of my son. The biggest blessing and motivation right there.
Awwww thank you so much lady. I'm so happy you are on your own journey to health and balance as well!!! Thank you for your support!!! xoxo
Xx
Now that’s what you call a motivational video!! 🤗😘💕
You and your son are awesome!!
Should try the One Punch Man 30 day workout.
A coach like her really helps!!!kudos to ur determination
omg your kid at the end! so sweet! and i love your story, thanks for sharing! ive started eating clean too and i joined a gym today!
Amy Earle thank you so much!! Let me know if you need any extra help :)
@@AmberBayerTCB I' crashed at life and your video kinda reminded me that I need to make a head start... I'll focus on myself... Thanks Amber
Your boy at the end! He brought me to tears! You're doing such an amazing job and your love for your baby shows! Keep it up, mama!
Wow the “I was treating myself” cycle section... yes.
I know you posted this a while ago but I am so grateful for your story!!! And your son is so ADORABLE at the end 😭💕❤️
Your boy at the end is so cool! Way to show him by example hope he continues to exemplify your life style as he grows up. Awesome!!
Everything you said sounded just like me! Thanks for sharing your story. It makes me feel that maybe there is hope for me. You're inspirational!!♥️💪
Glitter Girl thank you so much! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like more support in my coaching groups! ❤️
Congrats you really deserve this! Even though it was more difficult because you weren’t really ever athletic unlike most people on these journeys, so this really is something to be proud of now :)
oh my goodness your son is so so freakin adorable!!!! my tender little heart melted ☺️
Latrice Niang thank you!! ❤️
I know this is now more than a couple years old video...But timing for me today is perfect! And your little guy at the end....precious!

You story is so amazing! I felt so connected and am thankful you shared your journey and transformation!
Marissa Hernandez thank you lady!!!
I PROMISE this is one of the best videos...maybe because you just told my story only about you..very motivating! Thank you for the being honest and transparent! Your son is the cutest!!!

I think the people giving this a thumbs down are those making excuses. This is a great story and what a great job you've done! Good for you
I love this video so much. I'm so proud of you. I'm at the beginning of my journey so this is super encouraging, thank you!
Lora T. Mom of 3 wow I’m so glad you’ve found sobriety ❤️

Your son is proud of you and you are his best role model! Keep it up! You can change future and that future is your son!
