How is this comment a day old on a 16 minute old video? Im confused, but okay :)
@@DrummerJacobIt was probably privated/unlisted and then made public
@@TheStraightGodI think when you do scheduled posts, the uploader can comment on it right away before it goes live at the future time or date. If you private and then un-private a video, the upload date isn't reset, but with a scheduled post, it will have the date of the scheduled live time. My big question is, how could have "everyone asked for an update" a day before the video went live?

In Glik v Cunniffe, the court noted that Mr Glik was standing 10 feet away as a matter of fact.
The decision in no way granted *permission* to stand 10 feet away.

That's not good enough. Your taxes are what's paying those things it should come directly out of that bank account of the officers sell their cars to sell their homes whatever. I get a little sick and tired of these police groups that aren't holding their officers to a higher standard. I remember in the federal prison in Texas they had a couple of weight officers there who were always going after black people in the place and even though there was that divisions between whites and blacks or between people who were sex offenders and non-sex offenders all that stuff didn't matter when it was somebody who was an inmate they understood new then it was us versus them because the guards are trying to make us inmates be against each other making the whites against the blacks when for us it was an issue of that there was no prisoner in there who was completely animalistic but those two guards in there they were. And finally a black card decided to stand up and say I did see what happened and what that to groups of men did was completely and utterly the most racist thing they'd ever seen with them beating him calling him so many racial names. All because of the fact that they felt like they weren't as good men but because of the fact that that person for whatever reason seem to rub those guards the wrong way well after school when we heard that the district court judge explain to them that when they did something on a federal prison property that they were doing it on Federal Land which made it a federal crime and the fact that they were supposed to be as they called it you're supposed to turn square corners. That is the actual legal definition which means do not play with the law do not make assumptions of how close to breaking the law that they can get another black officer who did stand up against him his lieutenant in the captain most of the inmates in there were going to stand up against those two people if need be to go and witness what we had seen with those two but they didn't need it cuz they had enough with the guard and the people that he had beaten and the black and blue marks on them was plenty enough but it wasn't something where the inmate was suing the prison it was going after the actual money of the lieutenant in the captain I hope they won that I really do I hope they turn those people out on the street. Those prison guards.

yeah they love to throw that out there “i don’t know who you are”
so apparently 330 million people in America are suspects 😵💫
"I aint fucking stupid"
well that quote just made my freaking day officer XD
Would love to cross-examine him regarding that statement.
“Officer, for purposes of clarity, could you please tell this court your understanding of the relationship between intelligence and sexual intercourse?”
Yall are so awesome for these videos
7:40 you said it was a "but for" case with the officer. Is what I found in the captioning. But what I heard you say was "it was from a butt sore officer" 😂 I was thinking how right you are. These case's are always about someone being butt hurt
"A suspect had a gun ... *pauses for 5 seconds* ... and pointed it at me!" The blatant lie to justify himself is outrageous. Disgusting people.
Not only is it a blatant lie, but if it were true... wouldn't it be far more responsible to chase down this suspect rather then yelling at some lady who is WAY less of a danger?
This cop is a turd, plain and simple. He doesn't deserve to wear that badge.
Just will never understand how the protect and serve guys can do things like this without getting criminal charges. If this lady went up to the cop, took his body cam and threw it…it would’ve been assault on a police officer.
Rules for thee and not for me. Police mentality
They are a protected class technically a violation of our 15th amendment rights.
They’re not there to protect you. That’s a rare happenstance. They exist to clean up crime scenes and prosecute people after crimes if they can find them.
They protect and serve Justus and the. corporation's best interests
That is a frauditor meaning
"no thank you, i dont want a lawsuit".... Oh buddy, you had one coming the moment you put hands on that phone.
She's so calm and chill and she knows her rights. Bravo to her
The throwing of the phone tells me everything about what type of officer you really are. Shouldn't even be on the force.
He shouldn't be, but they all become very close friends and back each other without judgement at every level because they have no other friends than other cops. So they become this perverted brotherhood(toxic blue line) that has simply turned into a taxpayer funded gang - gangs who on average commit more crimes in the name of law enforcement than traditional gangs do - and exponentially hurt more innocent citizens as well.
If she did the same thing to his body cam that would have been assault on an police officer right?
What's more, throwing the phone was also illegal on multiple levels.
Wasn’t about her being “safe” from the guy who ran away, it’s all about how his fragile ego was hurt for her recording and then not listening to him whining to go away. Wonder how much she got from the suit?
Yeah, if she actually does live in that neighborhood which I believe then that changes the whole dynamic LOL you ever seen an episode of Live PD or cops before? You know those camera guys get shot on a regular basis, doesn't stop the cops from making money off of them and vice versa though. I can definitely see why having paparazzi would throw you off as a cop but that seems to be a selective thing. I actually read one time that they mainly use cops and former cops as the cameramen now because so many of the cameramen have been shot...
Like the 14th camera guy in live PD history was shot last year and live PD has only been around since 2016...
$125000
Hopefully enough to buy her a house.
@@ssgemactv1775 Would Love to hear about those that had been shot . I didn't know that even happened .
"Obstructing... and obstructing..."? Wow, that mikey made a TON of sense!
"For filming?"
""Damn F***ing Right""
Lol
The behavior of that aggressive police officer was absolutely disgusting
Bullies with badges!
I'm jealous of her ability to be yelled at like that and keep her composure.
I would've probably yelled back, NGL. Some people amaze me
For sure! I'm jealous too!
But look at that face when he's yelling, I wouldn't be able to help myself from laughing. Looks and sounds like Farve from super troopers yelling at the fast food employee 🤣.
If you knew you were getting paid for his stupidity you’d stay quiet too.
Absolutely, and Porky found that irritating.
Real funny line coming out of the cops mouth "I'm not stupid" the court proved different and the sergeant as well
All cops should have to have a psychology evaluation to get hired and have one annually to maintain the ability to conduct any field work
The absolute fear in his voice is disqualifying. Under no circumstance should such an emotionally weak, unintelligent, and incompetent individual be allowed to have a badge and a gun.
Maybe you can diagnose it better than I can ,Dr. but to me it sounds like pure anger , trying to dominate.
He should have been fired and lost his license. POLICE ARE NOT legally required to protect citizens, therefore their orders for our safety are null and void.
This is Cook County , Il. This is where fired cops from other jurisdictions find employment.
Exactly .
Get it right it is Crook county.
They are not required to save citizens, they are required to serve and protect.
@@bsangel93 absolutely not. "To serve and protect" is in no way an obligation, it's literally a slogan created by a write in competition in the fifties.
This cop tried to suggest that he was concerned about his safety (that she might have a weapon), yet he has no desire to search her--invalidating the officer's professed concern for his own safety. He is absolutely out of control, and is making it so easy for the the individual to sue. All of these issues would resolve themselves if not for qualified immunity. This officer has the privilege of being a tyrant for the mere reason that he is employed in a particular position by the city--not because of the quality of his performance, nor for his professionalism. He is in the public trust, and he has no ability to live up to it.
Love your videos.. how you put the right and the wrong. Do you ever think about being a narrator for movies? lol, i would definitely watch it.
2:54 I’m sorry but if someone tried yelling at me like that with their voice cracking, I’d just laugh.
That's easy to say whilst sat at your computer.
It sounds like she did laugh when he did that LOL
Yup he is like an angry chihuahua
Point & Laugh with bending knees...
@@gilessteve How do you know they are sitting, or that they are using a "computer?" GOD is that you?
It's crazy how officers just arrest people for obstruction, or failing to id when there's no other crime.
Resisting Arrest....... a lot of times, that plus what you wrote are the ONLY charges and the prosecutors still Try the case...
What's 'crazy' is that the public knows flat out that the cops are recruited, trained, and promoted specifically to do these illegal things and it's widely just accepted.
It's not like lapd or Chicago PD only ever got sued for this shit once and then fixed themselves, or that this guy hasn't seen a DOZEN videos himself right?
What's worse is that when he loses he'll turn right around and blame the next photographer for trying to trick him again. Only next time he'll be a little more careful with his words and just a little shadier.
ANYTHING YOU SAY CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU
IN A COURT OF LAW
@@TheDogGoesWoof69you either like to lick boots or dont like freedom to oversee your own employees.
@@TheDogGoesWoof69 they don’t, or to be more accurate the city doesn’t quickly settle for undisclosed amounts for hurt feelings. It’s the actual civil rights violation that creates the cause of action allowing the suit.
Cop just Stated , I Don't Care who you are ! But then says I Need Your I.D. ! For Zero Crime ?
They view arrest records as a reason to assume you are evil
I love how the cop has her in cuffs, right in front of him, and still shouting so much that his camera has problems recording it...
That guy is totally unhinged. A grown man with a gun charging after and screaming at a woman like that and using such foul language wouldn't fly if he wasn't a cop. Try rolling up on him like that. Law officers should be the best at dealing with the public, not the worst.
It doesn't matter if it was a woman or not. If anyone is filming, regardless of their gender.
@@reformcongressI don't think that was the commenters point but sure
@@reformcongress literally nothing to do with commenters point lmao
@@DamonDriver Apparently you have comprehension problems.
So true, imagine an irate civilian starts charging and yelling the same way. He would've shot them and said "they were threatening me" then acting all innocent. Kinda like how he tried to get sympathy points from his Sargent (which he got by telling him to arrest her)
I know of a civilian who threw a guy's phone after he was recording him. He was charged and it had a huge impact on the guy's life.
7:45 i thought you were setting up a joke lol😅
Imagine how he speaks to his wife/kids if he has any or is married. What an ass
The call always comes from inside the house if a cop lives in it.
@@maxharvey165 If a corrupt cop lives in it, that is. We have to be careful not to spread hatred toward those who do their jobs faithfully, even if those sharing their positions are so, so often scumbags. That said, if you modified that sentence slightly, you would have my total agreement, with the one exception that such awful people are rarely able to find a wife in the first place.
@@katiedouglas19 the people in the comment section of these videos just wanna hate every cop. critical thinking is lost on them entirely.
@@JustMe-fo4ev That's also an overgeneralization. Consider, for example, you and I.
@@katiedouglas19 Fair. I'd say on balance it skews toward wanting a reason to be upset at police - many such cases across several of these channels. Not a lot of regular discourse.
"I told her it's a serious crime going on, and she keeps following me!"
So he stops looking for the guy with the gun to arrest the old lady with a camera. Brilliant!
@felironmaden1429 It was just another unarmed black kid running for his life.
"Ma'am please go inside we're dealing with a possible active shooter."
These cops don't even have a ounce of 'customer service' in their training.
Hillshire farms ad: Oh, hill yeah😂
Cop: alright i made my mined up for the 5th time your going to jail
They knew they didn't have a charge that would stick, i.e. she didn't commit a crime; yet they arrested her anyway because they know the process is the punishment. They weren't going to let a little thing like her innocence get in the way of their desire to punish her.
Yes I agree with you and this kind of thing really annoys me. There should be some kind of punishment given for bringing in too many bogus charges.
That is spot on. It's a disturbing feeling for now and a threat to obey for later.
@@boldfacedtruth"too many"? You mean any false charges, period. One is too many.
Then the DA will offer a "deal" that would still show because most people don't want to fight it, and/or cannot afford to do it.
Biggest red flag from someone in a position of power is if they hate being filmed or react in a crazy way
Love the “she was creeping “. Gotta make it sound as bad as he can.
