how do you maintain speed once you listen momentum from jumping the hurdle in a race? Also duck is REALLY hot 🔥

Hopefully you figured this out in 10 months but in my experience if you stay lower going over the hurdle you'll lose less speed and stay faster and I can feel the difference so hopefully you could too and this helps
