    The real secret (#4?) that separates the crowd is learning to delay the kick-up of the trailing knee. It is that knee that triggers the vault.

      That's my problem, especially when your not on a pole that gives you time to work it's hard to time up if you haven't ever felt it before

    I have a question, as a football player would this specific type of field event benefit me in any way? Would there be more risk than reward??

    I would be glad to show you a very good pole drop drill. The boy still blocks with his bottom arm.
