LOL the shoulder part got me
The workout Wednesday we needed
Hurdler, dont open up the trail side hip. Stay square and pull the inside ankle/shin over the top of the hurdle. Dont forget dorsiflexion! 😉. The lead foot is the first to go over the hurdle....then lead hand and chin follow in that order.
Longing to see track back on track.

You do know he is a previous world record holder for the 100m so he knows what he’s talking about and I know for a fact the athletes don”t mind him because he’s helped them a lot
@@anthonyjoshua1603 Great athletes don’t automatically equal great coaches. I’m not saying he’s not a good coach or anything in between. All I said was that he would drive ME crazy. And I also said he is one twist away from cardiac arrest. Both of these are true statements. Unless you are a previous athlete of his, you are simply just assuming.
