Coach ace always coming in clutch y’all what Coach Ace & Eric said is all true I am only 5’9 and I run a 13.6 in high school y’all got this trust the process ❤
I am 5.2 and I have a competition coming up the day after tomorrow. I will practice with my friends tomorrow, but I am very nervous for the competition, because There will be people much taller then me and much faster too (faster in terms of sprinting), there is also gonna be 10 schools I think, and a lot of people, but I really want to place, since my grandma was a hurdler and she will be very proud, and I also love hurdles. Thank you, for the video!) I will reply to my comment after the run!) Thank you again!
@@helenacarmelo138how old are you? if you’re under like 15 i’m sure you’ve got plenty more to grow, otherwise keep pushing and prove everyone wrong who thinks short kings can’t hurdle💪💪💪
I’m 5 foot 1 and my 100h is a 17.05 and I’m a freshman, I’ve been trying to get my time down by three stepping but I just can’t commit to 3 steps. the first time I ever did was at the Indoor state championship on accident and I haven’t been able to do it since then
5‘10“ is very good for a high school hurdler going over 39 inch turtles. It would be a bit on the smallest side for 42 inches. But, very doable. There’s some shorter hurdlers who do well with 42 inch hurdles.

I'm a newbie to hurdles because I'm doing the decathlon. It is my least scored event and I'm 5'7. I have some hip mobility issues and I really am in need of some guidance
hi ik its late but were u ever scared of the hurdle im a tiny bit taller than you but not HUGE difference and what did you do to get over that or any advice
As a 5' 6" hurdler, this video was much needed. Thanks for the post!

My 5'3 ass
If ya don't mind me asking bro what's you're time
I’m 5’6” and ended my freshman year off with a 16.79
İncredible time for that height
Very cool to see us short people being represented. Very helpful!
i’m a 5’3 freshman in high school running hurdles so this video was insanely helpful, thank you.
Glad to hear it was helpful!

I’m glad you like it!
I noticed it was easier for me to clear the hurdle with a fonsbury flop. It does slow me down significantly though.
😂😂😂

There’s no shame in for stepping.
i am always the shortest in my races at 4’11 but i always clear the 100m hurdles at 1-3 inches
Thanks coach
As a 5’4 hurdler this video helped a lot ❤
I’m glad to hear that!
How many steps back when running the hurdle
I am 5’7”, my PR for the 110 is 16.28 4 stepping. I can now 3 step and am much overall faster, what time should I be looking at for next season?
aye good job dude im 5'4 and do the 110 my best is 18:30 height advantage but this track season goal is 17 something seconds
I’d say it’s reasonable to expect to break 16 seconds.
What is the ideal height for a hurdler? I am 5 ft 10 inches, do you think that is enough?

I am 6’1 and when I’m amongst the field everyone is tall 😭 would you consider me a shorter hurdler?
In college, maybe. You might want to consider the distance adjustments.
I think your competition is just tall 😂 most of the best hurdlers out there are about 6'-6'2"
@@declanleclair4637 that’s what I gotta be telling myself daily the best hurdles of all time are 6’-6’3 😭
How can I get an analysis video?
