I have you on both of my RUclips accounts. I believe the name is the same from both accounts. Anyhow, I was talking with my hurdlers about my progression as a hurdles coach and what I learned from yourself, Cotto, and there was another guy whom I can't find his video now and I don't remember his name. I also had a coach in HS that was a collegiate hurdler at East Carolina back in the day and tried to get me to run hurdles but I wouldn't. I did watch and learn from him though. All that to say this..... As I was talking to my hurdlers, I mentioned ideas that I had for progression that I would one day run them by you and see what you thought. Well, no need to because here they are in this video. It is also funny to me that you are in here in Texas now. I used to coach in the Metroplex and had a track team I ran out of Plano. I'm in Tyler now but perhaps we will cross paths someday.
Wow, you wear size 12, sir your feet are huge.I have never seen a size 12 foot in my live.😂 Thanks for your video, it helped me a lot.🙏🏻Especially for those details about measuring distance between hurdles.🙏🏻
Hello I don't have a track for my athletes for 5 days I only have it for two days are there any drills you think I can do on grass or even concrete or something to help them still?
You can always go to the grass. Whatever you do on the track can also be accomplished on grass. All of it comes down to what your premise is for that given day

That's pretty cool. I'm not too far from you. We will definitely cross paths at some point. Where do you coach? One of the Plano schools?

Would an athlete do these drills before a workout or are these drills the entire workout. And how much rest should athletes get between sets/reps?
These would be actual workouts.
hurdle spacing measurement for 3 and 5 sir
For which particular drill?
