This is what we refer to in the biz as the pajama fix. Wearing your pajamas is the most critical factor to assuring proper outcomes. Very well done Mr. Sleeperdude!! The only way this could've had a better outcome is if there was a flannel onezy involved. Not every fix can turn out perfect. 🤷‍♂

Nice trick, thanks! Up here in Ottawa, Canada it's snowbanks - hard and crusty and icy snow left by snow plows. The good old days where you would just slam into them with a solid steel bumper are long over. Nowadays, someone backing out of their driveway can catch the entire front fascia on a snowbank and tear it off their car and do thousands of dollars in damage. At -30C (what's that in Fahrenheit? Cold!) the plastic becomes super-brittle. Nobody fixes them until spring, so in late winter a sizeable percentage of the vehicles on our roads are missing the front plastic bumper covers and grilles and all sorts of other trim pieces. Modern cars are not built for Canadian winters.

Morning after auto repair. It must have been serious to get you out in your jammies. LOL! I don't know anything about tampering with evidence or cleaning up the scene of the crime. LOL! Been there, done that. I had a neighbor kid come and get me to go pull his car out of a ditch one evening. Poor kid was terrified of what his Dad was going to say. He said, "It'll go over better if I've already got the car out of the ditch". Having been in his shoes at that I age, I knew exactly what he was talking about. Smart kid in a bad situation. I pulled him out and we never spoke of it again. LOL!
