Awesome! I’ve got tickets for me and my best friend next year in Seattle at the last stop of the US Tour. My friend just retired from the US Air Force after 27 years and this is my retirement gift to him. He did the same for me when I retired from the Air Force in 2018-we saw them front row in Sacramento. It was one of the coolest things I’ve got to do in my entire life.
Say what you want but Metallica keep doing whatever they want. Opening with Orion is so perfect and that is the perfect tribute to Cliff each and every time they play it.
I'm gonna see them next year in Foxboro. First time ever. I don't even give a shit that I have nosebleed seats. I've wanted to see them live for 23 years and never could. This just amps me so much. THEY STILL GOT IT
Jesus Christ those guitar harmony parts are right on the money. Love it when James and Kirk mesh like that. Gives me goosebumps from head to toe. Long live Metallica, and thanks guys for continuing to be there for all us 80's metalheads. Have a safe tour. See ya in Atlanta!
You are one the luckiest people to watch this legendary band my guy!! Orion for the opening, really not expect it. Anyway what makes me can't stop smile is that yellow drum set for Lars Ulrich..hahah!! I just can't stop smiling to watch this legendary band..Metallica rules!!!!!
I'm tired of all the Lars hate. He has my respect just for the fact it's 40+ years after the band started and he is still playing huge sets with heavy songs. It isn't identical to the recording; who would want that anyways? But he still serves the songs and does them justice. It's rock n roll at its finest. Tbh, w Lars, I think a lot of the elitists just don't want to admit that it takes more than being technically precise on an instrument to write a good fucking song.
Absolutely and I am too getting sick of the lars drumming hate and the Kirk wah pedal hate aswell. Seriously annoying, it doesn’t matter what these guys do… there will always be someone hating it

Totally agree, back then there weren't people standing around filming the band on their phones, people were just totally lost in the music which is how it should be. Take a photo then put your phones away people. Enjoy the moment. The band will appreciate it too. They want to look out from the stage and see people having a great time, not standing round.
