You can clearly see all of them are enjoying playing the new material. James and Rob headbanging like good old times. Absolutely fucking great to see them enjoying doing this after over 40 years. Can't wait for Paris next week!

Man, James has really found the perfect balance for his voice, it sounds amazing, love this song! \m/
He used to tour 300 days in one year so he blew his voice. since Hardwired they tour less with bunch of time to rest between the gigs. that is the key, he sounds beyond great for almost a decade now. I would never imagined James from 2000s to be able to sound like this. he was awful back then.
@@dekapitatorrdefinitely lost an edge which came from his drinking (tends to make the voice sound rougher) and I’m glad that since Hardwired he’s really learned what’s best for each song , listening to ride the lightning live in 2019 was the best I’ve ever heard it sound
@@dekapitatorr agreed, I think after he got nodes, he really had to focused from finding that power from within himself, rather than just screaming through his throat, but I love his voice now
James is my hero! 72 Seasons is Metallica's BEST record in my opinion. It's simply wonderful and heavy as fuck!! All four band members look and sound fantastic.
And the sound is just the same as in the recorded version. Just perfect 😊

Yeah, I'm eagerly waiting for RoM as well. I love the first part of the melody when it starts with Kirk and James joins in & then the ending part of the melody starts with James and then Kirk. Not sure if I got that correct, but that's what I think I hear on the album. ❤❤

Love this new album. This is one of my favorites. It's like they mixed the bluesy twang of Load with the crunchy riffs of justice / black album.

Probably the song from '72 Seasons' that has grown on me the most.
That sounded great. You can tell they're having a blast playing the new stuff.
The studio version is amazing, but this brings the song to a whole new level and makes it feel alive. These songs are composed to be played live!
Really hope they will play all songs from the album on this tour, so we can make a playlist with the best live version for each one. It is the same with Death Magnetic.
All songs sound miles better with the new live mix (the Copenhagen remix/remaster from 2021). If only they could re-release more shows from the Magnetic tour with a new mix so we can have all songs with better sound would be a dream come true for me.

Ill admit I was one of the few that kinda down talked down about this album at first when it came out. But then it dawned on me theses guys are 60 years old and been at it for 40 years. They wanna just jam and play concerts.
James sounds better then ever, lars playing well, kirk and rob had alot of input on this album so they are happy. This is metallica in 2023 and I love it.

I see old guys on stage but I don’t hear them. The vibrancy and energy in their sound is incredible. James sounds like he found the fountain of youth.
This album is definitely a grower, so much more than what it is at first glance. Honestly feels like it fits in releasing after Load/Reload or in a perfect world, Black album
