Hi, I got the DEEBOT N8+ yesterday and after it’s done cleaning I tried to open the main brush cover but from one side it seems jammed or stuck, what do you recommend to do in this case ? Thank you
New item shouldn't be jammed...plz check whether Lock can press from both side or not... sometimes just lock stuck...U can press bit harder don't worry
Hi, I have the same model Deebot U2 Pro and the main brush is not tangle bue doesn't rotate. Mine is missing a part that connects the spinning axis to the main brush. So the motor and the axis is spinning but the brush is not, but i can't find that square adapter (the one that was wrapped in long hair in the video).
I have DEEBOT DM33 (is model on the bottom stick, I guess this is ozmo 900) I’m having difficulty to get it configured on software, I believe this is made for China market , hence app will only list if is logged in with country as China. Once the app is set to china, then u can only log in it with only china mobile number.currently I’m not in China, hence unable to register the app under China id..have u come across any such issue before?
If customer wants to use in different regions then Only 2 ways. Register under china Id or need to replace motherboard with local region then only can use local app

Ohhh understand..U need to purchase main branch motor assembly...that part comes with assembly.or can contact with ur seller he can provide
