- When this tires got released on marked I was so stoked to try !
For Norwegian conditions - very wet , always slippery loamy trail, Rockslabs , rock I took Argotal and Kryptotal RE in 2.6 size
This tired gives so much confidence in riding !
Wonderful landscapes and playground. It was a real pleasure to look at your video.
Cheers from France.
Wow Norway has landscapes I've never seen before. I made the same choice with the tires. Argotal on the front and Kryptotal Re. Both in the soft Enduro casing. Can't wait to test them. thx for the cool video
yeah I can agree on that . The landscape here is so unique .. crazy overall. Good that you put Continental on your bike ... its great tires :) have a happy rides !
Great video and great tyres! My tyres are the Kryptotal Trail Endurance (Re and Fr) 29" 2.4 but yesterday I have ordered an Argotal 29" 2.6 for the front wheel. I have the Maxxis on my Ghost Hardtail but they are not grippy like Conti´s. Best from Vienna! Drago
Yeah, i love those tires ! The damping and geip is just perfekt .
Where exactly in Norway did you shoot this video, mate? Loved the scenery!
Had my first ride with Kryptotal Fr+Re yesterday and I loved the look and feel
Hard to say exact location because it is mix through the season , but lets say area TELEMARK has just slabs evetywhere, Hardangerfjord, than a lot on North of Norway around Narvik, lofoten etc :)
Hi, any flat, puncture or bite in the tire?
Looking for kryptotal f and re but for rear not sure if Enduro casing its ok. Like DD maxxis or thinner?
I ride many rocks and roots.
Also dif you have many troubles to install them?
Thanks for the feedback
Hi, no issues and punctures yet mate. After year of riding really rocky, rooty and bedrock trails here in Norway tires performs reaally good ! Go for them, enduro casing is enough i think, but if you dont mind bit more extra weight than take level up :)
No troubles when installing :)
nice video! are you using argotal enduro soft 2.6 or 2.4 in the front?
Both was 2.6 , ultimate grip , but the tires itselfs been quite chunky
so for an ebike they should be great... 😊
@@kverginas absolutely !
At 0:11 it's showing cracks near the center lugs. It's only on that tire, or it seems to be a general problem?
If you ride a lot wet rocklabs with lowet pressures and hardpacked trails on soft compounds than maybe yes, but its not falling apart , so i dont see any issue in that :)
well done buddy great riding those Contis seem really good buddy are they a heavy tyre or quite light do they roll fast too, great video man
They are perfect , great combo of everythink
What casing and compound? DH Supersoft?
Nope ! Enduro Soft ;) can not imagine how grippy super soft can be … that can be actually way too much
Nice video dude ! i can't decide if i should go Kryptotal front/rear , or Argotal front Kryptotal rear.. Can you give me any feedback? Thanks !
I would tell, if you ride a lot hardpacked ,dry and rocky go to Kryptotal F/R , if you are in area where is loamy soil, muddy, where you need real biting feel into terrain than Argotal for front is really great option. Both sets would perform really well ! :)
@@mtb.barista i need this set for summer , so 90% of the time it will be loose , dry , rocks .. one more question: I'm breaking much more with my rear tire than the front, do you think i should go enduro casing or dh casing ?I know for sure that both tires will be soft compund , soft/enduro front but i can't decide on the back.. I'm also worried on the dh casing about added drag and wear life
@@alexdrift6285 i run enduro soft both and it is holding ! I ride a lot of steep and fast trails and sooo many rockslabs ! So braking a lot and after whole season is still very up to using !
@@mtb.barista thanks for the feedback!
@@alexdrift6285 you are welcome ! Hope you will be happy with the tires :)
Planet name?
Mars 🥳😇
Who else is like "who cares about the tires, where are these rock slabs" haha
Telemark in Norway is very known for slabs, Northern Norway has plenty to offer as well ( did not have enough time and good weather to ride a lot there )
