I haven't seen JoJo's Bizarre Adventures yet, but I'm positive this told me everything I need to know. 😆
It's an acquired taste. JJBA Stardust Crusaders is a good place to start. The main protags are all jacked males with various personalities, and most of the villains have eccentric sadistic personalities like the one in this video lol. Sometimes it's a "Stand" with inhuman speed with a sword, and other times its an ability that drastically increases the magentic strength of objects. The magnetic one doesn't sound bad until /you/ become extremely magnetic and get stuck to railroad tracks or a spikey metal fence while chasing baddies. One of my favorites is a parasitic Stand that attaches to an enemy host. It slowly grows a face, then a torso with arms, and then it starts to beat tf out of you while it's still attached. Just look up "joseph joestar oh no compilation" and you'll see what I mean.
This finally convinced me to watch JoJo
The English version would be Panic! At The Discotheque or Danger! At The Nightclub
