- Ok, I know I made some mistakes, like some missing characters (Will A. Zeppeli and Tonio Trussardi), the parody dubs I had to add, because I didn't find normal fandub (Stroheim, Esidisi, Abbachio), Abbacchio swearing in napolitan dialect, pillar men speaking Spanish instead of Latin/Náhuatl and Avdol speaking original Arabic instead of Egyptian Arabic. So when Part 6 comes out I promise to update this video with the new characters!
Anyway, thanks for correcting me, remember to support the fandubers, their channels are in the description and sorry for the bad English.

@@hitler9573Giorno actually isn’t Italian ethnically at all. DIO was British, and his mother was stated to be Japanese. He just spent his entire life in Italy so nationally he is Italian.

I feel like the fact that Old Joseph's English VA, Richard Epcar, is a _fucking perfect_ match to his OG Japanese VA is criminally underappreciated.

Epcar is a veteran of the dubbing scene, I'd expect nothing less from him. Old Joeseph reminds me of his Jigen voice in particular
He's also Mortal Kombat's Raiden, and as someone who grew up with the series, hearing his voice makes me so happy

Actually technically for Giorno he should still be speaking Italian because while he might have Japanese blood in him, he was still born and raised in Italy making his language Italian by default.
And his nationality too. He's ethnically half british and half japanese.

He was born in Japan, his first language was Japanese. They moved when his mom married an Italian man and he grew up speaking Italian

The thing is Kakyoin and Jotaro probably learnt english for being Highschool students in the 80's, they could just be not fluent enough to hold conversations properly explains why jotaro is quite all the time due to lack of practice.

I’m not Arab or Egyptian but I know for sure that the Avdol one is Classical Arabic, and it’s quite different from the Egyptian Dialect, but I get that it’s extremely hard to find a Va to perform such different dialects

This always happens in any arab dub. I would hate watching arab cartoon Network because all of the characters were speaking so formally and it really takes you out of the immersion.

that wamuu voice was given by the voice actor who made thanos and jiren in latin spanish and is the most testosteronic voice we had here, but that was just a collab with a youtuber, he ask the voice actor for do those lines and we had that dub, actually atm we dont have a latin dub for latin america

I found Esidisi’s spanish dub to be the most impressive. Kars and Wammu have such scary voices appropriately in their dubs but Esidisi’s does sound like his Japanese va’s

Imagine watching Jojo but everyone speaks their native language. If you watch sub it doesn't make a difference but it really adds to the immersion.
The immersion breaks when nobody can understand eachother. Part 3 would be a mess

I can garantee you, if a group can comunicate, they would stick to 1 langueage even if all of tham understands all the langueages involved
Switching between langueages is disorienting as fuck so for a sentence or 2,you (at least i) would suck at even your own native langueage.
