I’ve been using RMS magic luminazer for 3 years now (the same jar). Beautiful and last for ages, and most importantly, doesn’t irritate my skin. Totally worth the price. It grew on me, had to realize I should warm it up on my hand first and then the texture is best spread. Now I love it so much I also bought it the lip2cheek in red for a bit of a sunburnt look. I just got the Lip2cheek quad and I’m afraid to use it in anything other than my lips because of the coconut oil… what if it breaks me out?? I’m scared, why did I buy this? The red makes an absolute gorgeous lip product though.
The reason RMS Beachwalk Betty bronzer is for fair skin tones is the reddish tint. It works for me (fair olive) because it’s exactly how the sun tans my skin naturally. It gives me kind of a slightly reddish tan (as opposed to orange or peach, or neutral).
The IT Cosmetics brushes do go on sale at Ulta for half price several times a year. To whom it may concern. I love the nude sticks! I avoided them for years because of one or two bad reviews BUT they are amazing. I would love to see a dedicated video on them. Lol you will be over 50 yo before you run out of that hourglass bronzer. Laura Mercia has decent bronzers.

I wish that sometimes you would look “head on” into the camera without that slight head tilt, (which is very engaging), but I would like to see how the makeup looks on your full face instead of mostly just one side. Even though your skin leans oily, and mine is the Sahara desert dry, you reference products that I can use on my skin. I’m also as pale as you are with no self tan, so I can trust your shade matches better than others. You keep bringing honesty and a fair perspective to what you do, and I commend you for that. I’d love to see a cream bronzer and/or blush showdown. Keep doing what you do, you are stellar at it.
I've been on the hunt for a "better than your lips" color lip liner, & I'm super fair with warm to neutral undertones. I found that the Sephora Collection's Rouge Gel Lip Liner in The Nudist is too cool & too lavender for me. The two that I've settled on right now are the MAC Lip Pencil in Dervish (which is the perfect pinky-mauve nude for me), & the Urban Decay 24-7 Glide-On Lip Pencil in Rush (which is a touch too dark for me, but it's the pinky-mauve color I was looking for otherwise). But I'll have to check out the new Maybelline ones, too.

For the matte powder bronzers- as a fair combo skin person I really like ciate bamboo (palm island) bronzer and gucci eclat soleil that has redish undertones so it works like very natural bronzer/blush if you are in time crunch. Have you tried hourglass brushes? I replaced almost all my blushes by hourglass brushes at this point (still keeping my it cosmetics one as well tho) and I love them. I don't hear that many makeup artists talking about them.
Try the rimmel blushes both powder and the gel ones, good ones, also any of their setting powders very inexpensive but choose a color for bronzer and trust me look great as bronzers, more shades to choose from this way. No7 bronzers too are beautiful, and lastly my all time favorite are the baked bronzers from Laura Geller!
Stay the course with getting off antidepressants. As hard as it is it is absolutely worth it when you get to the other side. Thanks for being candid about it.
Amen! I’ve been off mine for 2 years now( I took mine for my anxiety) and I’m working through a health issue I believe came from taking the meds. Even though I was doing pretty bad before taking them, I wish I would have NEVER taken them.
I went through the same thing. Foggy brain, doom, dread. But about 2-3 months off I feel clear headed and able to cope and not feel numb. Know it's normal!
Same for me too. I felt foggy, fear, dread. But 2 months off I felt much better and able to cope without feeling numb to my emotions. You're not alone!
Agreed with ALL of the matte and glowy bronzers. Tried them all and love them all! The RMS bronzer is gorgeous as is Haus labs. If Haus labs make the size of the bronzer pan smaller I'll be GUTTED!

I’ve been using my a’peui jelly blush recently (had it forever) and forgot how much I love it! I have pk01 and it’s such a natural looking blush. It looks way too light for my skin tone in the pan but actually does show up on me and is super buildable and seamless

I’ve been trying the Dove shampoo & conditioner and it hasn’t worked well for me. I’ve used about 1/3 of each bottle. I think it made my hair color dull out…and, I just don’t think my hair was looking anywhere near as luscious as yours … dang it! I wanted to love it…for the price alone. Ha! I will tell you what I do love though…After about 4-5 bottles… my “go to” drugstore is Hair Biology shampoo & conditioner is holding strong for me. I use both the volumizing one and the soft and hydrating one in a mix and match situation. I follow these with Pureology 21 Leave In. Maybe the difference is I have more mature hair and I have let it go natural in color. I don’t know. 🤷🏻♀️ I’m not sure what your thoughts on this brand is. I don’t think I’ve heard you mention it before. Love watching your channel. 😊
I really like the charolette tilbury powder matte bron. I used number 1 on my fair skin and 2 on my self tanned skin. The fair shade is probably the best bronzer shade I've ever found for my skin. They are more neutral though than warm. I don't like warm bronzer.
Have you tried the Nabla bronzers? I don’t often repurchase bronzers, but I just ordered my third. It reminds me a lot of the finish of the Hourglass, but not quite as glowy…just enough for my 48 yo skin without emphasizing texture.

She’s ALWAYS saying women shouldn’t wear certain makeup after a certain age…basically insulting older women, so they will buy her products. It is so gross
We really need to move past the restrictions society puts on women of an older age. And STOP saying they can’t wear this, or they can’t wear that, or they need to cut their hair short at a certain age etc etc. It must stop, and if I can play a small role in helping stop that stereotype, by not buying their products, then I’m happy

Not a fan of RMS beauty because of her "you shouldn't do/use that at an older age" views. That old fashioned view is gross to me. I use Haus Labs Bio-Radiant Gel-Powder Highlight in bronzite as my bronzer and love it.
Ok but look, a lot of woman need guidance and general beauty advice to achieve natural, beautiful makeup. You are more advanced, you know what look you are looking for and how to achieve it.

I totally agree. I hate hate when someone says women shouldn’t wear this or that at a certain age. No nope 👎🏽 I cringe when I hear that. This is why I really hate Jones Road. She’s ALWAYS saying women shouldn’t wear certain makeup after a certain age…basically insulting older women, so they will buy her products. It is so gross
We really need to move past the restrictions society puts on women of an older age. And STOP saying they can’t wear this, or they can’t wear that, or they need to cut their hair short at a certain age etc etc. It must stop, and if I can play a small role in helping stop that stereotype, by not buying their products, then I’m happy
