Which is better for soft plastic bait making, Probe vs inferred? Video 2 of An On Going series

In this video I'm comparing two different types of thermometers used for checking temps of your plastic when making soft plastic baits. One is an inferred - point and shoot, and the other is a probe type, once again both are from Amazon.
I got the idea from a viewers comment that suggested I use the probe style, so hit play and see how it goes.
