I hope you guys aren’t tired of me constantly thanking you. I’m crying after seeing the license plate under water. I miss my cousin so much and I’m sad that he passed away so young. Thanks to ALL of you. 💟💟💟
That moment stood out to me. Without the context of the video, it seems like a simple statement, but it held such compassion and consideration to the fact that this wasn't just another statistic. This was a person, a human being, a son, brother, cousin who was so very loved. And now, they're bringing him home after so long.
I don't think the police should become a dive team but I keep thinking wouldn't it be nice if funding went to the police if they needed these services more often, Luckily they have discovered the results of defunding the police.
@@stclairstclair I think maybe defunding the police should be more refunding the police, you know less riot gear and more training for deescalation. and also taxing the rich so we actually have money to use for social services
You brought him home for Christmas. Not an easy gift, but a priceless one. The family won't have to go into another year not knowing. You all do good work.
My twenty year old grandson left the roadway and ended up in a lake where he drowned 7/17/2021...thank you to the sheriff dept divers who recovered his body...it is very good work you folks are doing on this channel these families need closure...we will always love and miss you Isach!
As a retired police officer it’s great to see the cooperation you guys received from law enforcement. A lot of times they are hesitant to allow the public to get involved. Their egos get in the way of the purpose . These law enforcement guys made me proud. What all you guys do can never be repaid. There can never be a dollar amount that is too great. But we can send you a few bucks and a lot of prayers. You just got a new subscriber 🙏☦️
I just watched a livestream of an online predator 'catch'- there was a guy who apparently did 19 years for sexual assault living in a halfway house across from a school, and who was after a 14 year old girl- police refused to attend. Not saying right or wrong, but it is nice to see co-operation.
I agree but feel that if the cops figured they had a chance in hell of stopping them they would. The academy teaches them to always scoff at mear civilians ideas. When a highly trained group of cops couldn't find the guy they don't want to be made to look bad. Glad it worked out as it did.
As a person one would believe life’s intentions would be that hospitality to anyone.. today it’s horribly short and few times of goodness. Ty for those who believe everyday and pray for others that we are still together and loving this great world for what it could truly be .
No offense to you and the job, but the notion of "Law Enforcement" is a trick that is on its last 1 or 2 years. It is actually commerce-based code enforcement, and the commerce is based on consentual contacts between the living and the fictional corporations. The fictional corporations are things like "The State of Kentucky," "The City of Lexington," and "Marion County." These are all corporations, not locations. The truth that is now known by only a small percentage but will soon be known by all is that police officers have no power, authority, or jurisdiction over anyone without their consent. There are several books available that detail these tricks, perhaps the best of which is Marc Stevens' "Government Indicted."
This kind of work isn’t something that had ever crossed my mind before, but after watching just one of AWP’s videos, I kinda went, “Well, of course people need to do this! This is brilliant!” And seeing how many people AWP and Chaos Divers and others like them have helped, reached out to, and been reached out to by, I know I’m not the only one who appreciates it. I’ve always felt very strongly that, given the resources and opportunity, everyone has the potential to be amazing at something. This? This is your something. You’re all so skilled, trained, professional, and passionate, and you’re putting it all to its best possible use. AND you’ve inspired and taught so many others about it, too. It’s truly incredible. Thank you for all you do, Chaos Divers.
This is so beautifully written. I stumbled on a video one day and I think I have now watched all the Chaos Divers, Adventures with Purpose and other sites that find lost loved ones. The work they all do is incredible and they are such wonderful, caring people.
I am a huge fan of Adventures with Purpose, and first saw you, Jacob, working with them. I'm now a fan of Chaos Divers, and others... it's an amazing movement toward people helping people, and I LOVE it! Please continue the good work, and continue being safe! May God bless you in your efforts...🧡
As an NAPD diver, I can confirm that going in to these small ponds and lakes can make for some of the harder dives due to visibility and search factors. Hats off to you guys for a job well done on finally finding this guy.
My brother went missing in 1980, and the pain of not knowing, but deep down, you really know your loved one is deceased or they would have contacted you. You just want them found to have closure. We were fortunate, my brother was found 3 days later floating in the back up water from a river. We were able to see him, give him a proper burial and say our see y’all laters. I can’t imagine the pain and suffering these families go thru when their loved one is missing for years. Thank you so much to all the diver search teams who work hard to bring the family’s loved one home. Thank you!
I'm so sorry for your losses 💔 You have absolutely no information whatsoever on your mother? My mom took off on me when I was 18, moved to BC from London. She's contacted me only a few times since then but it's been almost a full year now since hearing from her. I'm terrified because last I heard she was with an incredibly abusive bf and has had a major drug problem for almost 30 years now
Prayers to you hun and family. Gods good he let you and family find him to lay him to rest and closure. Life on earth is so so short blink your eye its over. Next life is eternal.
I understand exactly how important it is to families to know where their loved one is. My husband was missing for 14 months and I can't tell you the relief it was when he was found.
Having lost a 10 year old niece in a terrible car drowning accident I can’t thank you guys enough. Although there wasn’t a need for a search I still appreciate the divers that were on hand that day. My heart goes out to the family. And thank you all once again. Definitely picked up a new subscriber today !
My most sincere & heartfelt condolences, very terrible to lose such a young precious life to such a tragic incident! May the little one rest in peace, playing in the heavenly gardens!
@James Warden Jr. I have heard that before. To me it seems like it wouldn’t be peaceful.. I have experienced what it feels like to transition too and lives to tell. It wasn’t water related but it wasn’t scary at all it was peaceful and euphoric. I look at passing as beautiful now.. at least for the person who is . Of course we on earth mourn
What I love about you guys is the empathy and respect you showed the family. No bells and whistles just pure concern and determination to bring Jeff home. The amount of footage you showed while diving the truck was truly amazing and gave me a sense of the importance and sadness surrounding these recoveries. Thank you for what you do.
Agree, not about themselves at all. (Unlike some others, that I refuse to watch). Chaos Divers, Depths of History, Jeremy and Adam, Doug, I admire your skills, sincerity and empathy. Thank you all for what you do and how you treat ppl. Y'all are a Godsend to these families. Thank you
Yep Ford truck and driving drunk bad compilation. You end up not being able to anticipate the many mechanical failures inherent in driving a 1990's Ford.
Everyone time I see one of these and they say "we're bringing you home" it just so gets to me. Everyone is a human being who once had family, friends dreams and goals. These poor families who've been dealing with the loss really deserve this. And everyone deserves to be home. Great job all of you.
This is such a compassionate reply. So many get caught up in the "how" and "why" and lose sight of the person and the ones that loved them. I'm sure there are many unanswered questions in every case, but these "angels with air tanks" answer the most important one. Thank you.
Thank you for what you do. Close to my parent's house there was a fatality today when a vehicle went down a 40-50 foot embankment and was submerged under water. I can't help but wonder how many missing people are underwater.
Many more than we could even imagine! One thing I think would be helpful is if drivers' ed courses taught people how to get out of a submerged vehicle, or survival classes should be offered as an extension for a fee, especially if they live near waterways (and who doesn't?) My heart goes out to the victims and their families. I lost my brother 6 years ago to a broken heart. He seized an opportunity he shouldn't have had, and his next door neighbor (retired policeman) found him.
There are some lakes in the United States and Canada that are over 900 ft deep including lake Tahoe and the Great lakes. I don't know why they can't do an in-depth scan of these lakes periodically, because there's no telling what you'd find in them. I was told that Lake Superior stays almost freezing temperature year-round. No one would last but a few minutes in there.
Chaos Divers, Nug, Britt and AWP y'all are all angels walking amongst us. Providing answers to families of missing loved ones is truly God work. Thank you all. R.I.P. Jeff! My prayers are with you family.
3am in the UK and I watch you do this amazing thing. Bringing people home. I fall asleep knowing your looking after someone. Your a stranger. Then you will never be forgotten. You are the never forgotten hero. Your missus is beautiful and her voice talks to the soul when she's describing. X
I love that you involve the families as much as possible, allowing them to take part in bringing their loved ones home. Much love to all that take the time to help others.
One thing I really love about your videos compared to other RUclipsrs is that you show an extreme amount of class. You don't make these things a huge theatrical production and the things which should be kept private, are kept private. That in itself shows a tremendous amount of respect for the families and it shows how genuine you truly are.
We have been the same since the beginning. On every channel I’ve had. I am who you see in the videos. That won’t change. We are here for the families and that is the only thing that matters to us.
I agree. These folks are not flashy. It's not about them and they are humble and do everything they can to comfort the families and they always protect the privacy of the family members by keeping the details private, as they should be. That's the difference from being gracious and doing it from the heart than from being a grifter and doing out of greed and a chance at some kinda noteriety.
That was more than incredible. The fact saying we are bringing you home while underwater just shows how much these teams how much they truly care about each family and the family member that is lost.Giving his family the answers and to be able to give them closer for their lost family member. Is the best gift the family received. My sincere condolences to his family. And Thank you Chaos and all the teams for doing your best to find and give these families peace. Its incredible that y'all are so blessed to do what y'all do.
“We’re bringing you home, Buddy.” That one phrase was so sentimental and kind. It’s a solid reminder that the truck was merely housing someone’s father, brother, son, and friend.
It can't be understated how amazing it was; that after you guys and multiple teams did an entire days search for Jeff and came up empty- that you stuck to your word and came back all that way to keep trying when the family needed you again. I'm also so glad the family didn't give up hope of finding their loved one, the information they managed to obtain helped pinpoint where he was. It's an important reminder that we need to advocate for those who are no longer with us, and bring them and their families closure. God bless and keep you guys safe in your important mission- and bring the families peace in their time of sorrow.
Being right off the highway and him the only occupant and in the driver's seat I'd say depression the trails by the chicken farm or boat ramps would make more sense for a dump job than there
May Jeff Rest In Peace and thank you to all the dive teams for helping to narrow down the search for this missing person. May God continue to bless all of you and watch over you as you continue your mission.
I was recently part of a team that recovered the body of a 5 year old. It never gets easier, but it is a service to the family left behind. Thanks from someone who truly appreciates the emotional ups and downs.

@@todd6498 Thanks for asking. This area; Virginia, Minnesota has a lot of abandoned open pit mines that eventually fill with water due to the springs. While they are all fenced, people routinely crawl over, under, or through the fences. The mining companies are constantly patching the holes, but people cut them faster than the companies can fix them. Reign and his friend were being typical curious boys who wandered too close to the edge. This pit has water in it, but where Reign fell, it was to the rocks 70' below. Many of the early reports said he drown because our rescue-turned-recovery was called a water rescue in the news. We did use a boat to bring him home because it was easier to lower him 12' to the boat then bring him 70' up to the rim of the pit. People remember all sorts of dates; when the shuttle blew up, when man walked on the moon, or when their children were born. April 27, 2021 will forever be indelible written in my brain. Some things you can't unsee. www.wdio.com/minnesota-news/fall-into-rouchleau-mine-pit-virginia-minnesota/6089848/ Again, thanks for asking. I'll gladly answer any question asked respectfully.
Another WELL DONE Case! Thanks for bringing Jeff home! He didn't want to be there all alone anymore. He loved his family so very much and having Jeff back with his family means everything! RIP Jeff Buddy! Hard work and never giving up has given the family the answers they so desired! *THANK YOU to CHAOS DIVERS and ADVENTURES WITH PURPOSE* and let me say that saying Thank You never feels like enough each time you help a family get their loved one back. *THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!* said with every ounce of love within us! THANK YOU!!!!!
Great job Jacob and all involved in helping Chaos Divers in bringing Jeff home to his loved ones. Jacob, if anyone had a question about how genuine you are, they should know now that you are all heart. When you were at the truck and told Jeff, "Buddy we are bringing you home" it was so genuinely heartfelt. You are doing exactly what you were meant to do in life. God Bless you. Lindsay, you do such an amazing job with the videos and commentary. I am so glad that you are there for Jacob. You have a beautiful soul. God Bless you. Graham, I am not sure what you plan on doing in life going forward - but I think you are a good candidate for doing what Chaos Divers, AWP, etc. are doing. Thank you for helping Jacob. God Bless you. To Jeff's family, I am sorry that this is how you finally get to grieve your loss. But, I am happy he is back home where he belongs. I send much love and prayers to all of you. God bless all of you and help you to move forward. ❤
Thank You Jacob, Lindsay and everyone involved for helping to bring another lost loved one home. Seeing you Jacob talking to Jeff (even though you didn't have confirmation), telling him that he was coming home, man that just cut me up inside. It shows how deep you feel about everyone in these situations including the deceased and how honourable and humble you are Jacob. If I've not said it before I say it again I Am Proud of You Jacob and of how far you have come and I am proud to support you and the Chaos Divers Team. You guys help others in many different ways, just like you helped me who is thousands of miles away in the UK 🇬🇧 with your kind hearted, thoughtful, caring and understanding messages. Thank You for everything, try to stay Positive, Strong and Safe no matter what happens ❤️🤗🙏🇬🇧
@@lindsaybussick I wish I had the knowledge and skills to be able to effectively express my gratitude, deepest respect and sincere appreciation to both Jacob and yourself for the replies to my messages (ie like this one) you both sent me a couple of months or so ago (before/during Fall's Trip). You have no idea how much support and help you both gave me just with your responses alone to help me from falling any further into the mental black pit and give me the mental strength and courage to start clawing my way back out of mental black pit. Honest kind words, support and heartfelt response etc Go a long way to helping someone who is in a very difficult dark mental place. Thank You, Thank You from the bottom of my heart ❤️🤗🙂
Losing a loved one is hard enough, but I can't imagine having a loved one missing for so long. This year , my brother was missing for a few days across country. It was the hardest 72 hours I've been through. So although I don't know the pain of not having answers for so long, I know the pain and terror of having a missing loved one. Thankfully, my brother is alive and safe. God bless you divers for trying to help these families and many prayers for you all and the loved ones of the missing.
“It means somebody out there loves you. If they don’t, we love you.” That’s awesome man. Hope anyone watching who has or ever has had any intrusive thoughts gives themselves a second chance. Great job guys!
I think it’s great that Jared and Adventures with purpose is supporting this channel as well. It’s great to have more people join in these searches to help the families.
I hate to re-iterate my comment on adventures with purpose, but I love how you and them were together, and how you both work with law-enforcement when needed. You have both become my very favorite RUclips videos ever. Not only are the cases true, but you’re helping these families get resolution. It’s just wonderful. God bless you.
No words can express what's been said but, a huge heartwarming hug to you and your crew for bringing Jacob home to his loved ones..being a 14 yr veteran of EMS and seen a lot of heartaches in the field and trauma centers. Doesn't fathom for what you do..THANK YOU..God bless you, stay safe..
What a double edged sword moment. Getting confirmation of the tragedy is bittersweet. You don't want it, but it is the only way to finalize a mystery. God bless you guys. God rest his soul, and he finally gets to go home.
Thank you for answering the call placed on your hearts and for your diligence and dedication to these hurting families. Your sacrifices to your personal lives and health are recognized and appreciated!
This hits home for me i lost my cousin in a tragic drowning accident in '07 he was 18 years old i watched it happen I couldn't get to him the current was so strong n i couldn't really swim it was very traumatic for me but thanks to people like yall not giving up he was found m brought home just like this man here much love n respect to yall keep up the amazing work
@@2AWARRIOR1776 you are most welcome. I have lost my child; and every life taken too young like his or your cousin's is a loss to the world. I hope yr doing ok these days, its a damn hard thing to deal with. Can't even imagine it

I got chills once I saw his truck. I think it’s such a great thing that you all work together and help each other out. My heart goes out to the families. Rest easy now Jeff. Kudos to all involved
I know the feeling you guys have when you find someone. I had a friend come up missing. Another friend came got me and we started the search. We found his truck locked at the bar last seen. So he was either on foot, or somebody gave him a ride. All afternoon we searched. We went back to the bar and found his truck unlocked and the keys were now on the floor. After checking with the bartender, nobody seen anything. Yeah!! We ended back at his trailer. We could see somebody tried to break in. So we did another search of the property. This time my dog and I went along the road, I seen where somebody slid down the bank and there was a drain pipe going under the road. It was about 2 1/2 feet round. I went down the bank and shined my flashlight in the end. There was a pair of boots looking back and then I could see Jerry. His face in the water. I yelled to the other guy I found him and called the police. They asked me how and why I would look in the pipe. I a trapper also. I check these places out for animal tracks and maybe a place to set a trap. I never thought we find Jerry like this. But if I wouldn't have looked in that pipe, nobody knows how long he been in there before washing out into the Catt. creek.
@@ChaosDivers Like he fell? And how did he get into the drain pipe? That business about his truck locked, then unlocked with keys on the floor and then his trailer with the attempted break in... doesn't sound like an accident to me. Sounds like foul play.
If I may say so....The narration in this video really makes it stand out above any of the other channels way of doing things. The way you fill in the background with information is welcome and please continue to do so. Dean
Just found your channel while laying in bed recovering from surgery. I’m in tears. To see his underwater grave tore my heart out. Bless your hearts for giving the families answers and bringing their loved ones home. I’m sure the searches without answers are answers in themselves. What a gift you all give. Bless your own families for their sacrifices. ✌️ ❤😢
Jacob, every time I watch you find a vehicle of a lost person, my heart hurts for the family, and, it smiles because you have brought answers the family needs. I can hear in your voice how your heart breaks to have to tell the family, but, knowing they have what they really need, the finding of someone they love dearly! If I could, I would give you a huge hug for what you do for these families! You are an amazing young man! Keep doing what you do!
It is amazing what Adventures with Purpose has -- Not started, but brought to the forefront, where normal people like Chaos Divers have gotten on board, as have others. All of you have found a CALLING IN LIFE, and that is one of the most beautiful & important things a human can live, GOD BLESS YOU ALL - and always know we are living each and every dive with you, enjoying the work, crying with the families, and the empathy you show to them makes all the difference. What you all do is important - THANK YOU!
Glad that there are people like you and the adventures with purpose group. Glad you all were able to give the family closure, without that, they never are truly able to grieve
All of you who do this dangerous work for the good of others, are amazing. In a world that often seems so cold and lost, watching your videos, AWPs videos, Nug, Britain, Adam, all of you, prove that there are still good people doing good things, merely out of compassion for others.
We need more individuals like you who specialize in recovery to help law enforcement. Should never take this long to find these people if water is nearby.
This 70 yr old black man from the Chicago, IL area perceives you as a Super Hero. Thank You for bringing answers. ~ I'll never find my older Brother. In 1977 there was two (2) white Police Officers that took my older Brother away and murdered him. First they denied they ever made contact with him. When that was proven false the Chicago Police Dept threatened my elderly Mother to "leave it alone" or something bad would happen to our Family. There was zero accountability for Police Officer misconduct in those decades. My Brother had no felonies and only one misdemeanor from 9 years before for mental illness. Everything was 'swept under the rug.' ~ Bill Eldridge in Manhattan, IL.
Always remember that in the bible it says each person will give an account of their lives before God on the day of judgment. God is the ultimate judge and nothing is hidden from him. Don't worry they will be judged for that my friend
@@midnightmoon3230 ~ I am grateful for that reminder. My Mother passed 7 years ago at age 87 without answers to what happened to her oldest Son who was 29 when the Chicago Police killed him in 1977. That was common practice then. With cameras & the "Woke" focus, it still happens but not nearly as often. Cameras reveal why the Black & Hispanic Community detest Law Enforcement non-accountability. We don't hate Police Officers; we are afraid of them. We want to root out Sociopath Cops such as Derek Chauvin and the Chicago Officer who shot a young man 16 times that did not threaten him. Equally, we don't want Good Officers losing their freedom and livelihoods over a mistake, such as Officer Kim Potter. ~ Anyway, I wish to Thank You for your heartfelt acknowledgment. The Scuba Divers giving answers to grieving Families are phenomenal Heroes that deserve support and accolades. God Bless them all. Deep water dives? Man, I take a bath once a year, whether I need it or not. 🤠
What you guys do is amazing. I know what it is like to have unanswered questions after losing a loved one. I think it is amazing that you do this to give families peace by bringing their loved ones home.
First off my deepest sympathies to Jeff's family and friends. Second thank you Jacob and Lindsay ! The video shows just how much your crew cares and won't stop till every stone is unturned!! Love Lindsay's voice overs! Thank you for finding the missing loved ones and just being yourself.. Chaos and all!!!
My goodness. Chills again. You are such special people to do this work. I'm so glad for the family. Thanks for this video. Thanks to all dive teams and searchers.
I love the genuine and respectful way you handled this. I also like the way you spoke to the deceased, I am a retired nurse and I always spoke to my deceased patients when I was preparing them for their final journey. Great job bringing another loved one home.
As a CNA. I also spoke to my patients that had passed. It is the way to grieve them as you prepare them for their next journey. Bless you and bless the divers that brought Tom home.
As a retired RN, I understand the need to speak with the deceased. I did bedside nursing in an intensive care unit for 29 years. I was at the bedside for the patient and the families. I always spoke to the patient as I prepared them for their new journey. I prayed with the families and cried with them. This group of people showed respect for the family and the deceased. God bless them and keep them safe in future searches .
What you do is Amazing. You, your team and all the others who are doing this (including the tow operators and Law enforcement that assist) are a gift to humanity. Keep up this very important work.
you did a wonderful thing. You, AWP, and your other diving friends, have found a true calling. It truly is teamwork and detective work. Am so glad that law enforcement was so helpful here. What struck me this time was what a lonely death it was. Also what a shame it took so long for the "new" information to come to light. So, so sad. You have at least lifted some of the torment from the shoulders of Jeff's family. Well done, guys xx
My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. It’s never easy to get news like this but it does give answers. Loss is so hard, especially when it is so untimely. Our bad news came with a knock on our door many years ago when State Troopers were charged with notifying next of kin. The wounds created by such a tragic loss never fully heal. We simply learn how to live with them. Thank you for doing the work you do to help.
I cannot even explain just how amazing you all are. Jacob you truly are an angel. Thank you for helping to bring lost loved ones home and for doing it with such dignity. So much love to the family and all of you ❤
I applaud the way you took so much time explaining everything to the family before even verifying. Thank you for your sincerity as well as your finding him.
I cannot express how truly amazing it is to see you and all of the other dive teams working together to find answers for families and bringing their loved ones home. I hope that even more people come forward on this movement to help bring home the missing. So many people go missing and are never found because of lack of resources and time. You volunteer your time to help others and that’s truly the definition of a hero. I think I can speak for everyone when I say you all are amazing people. Thank you for everything you do and for bringing Jeff home. Praying for all of his family and friends and may he Rest In Peace ❤️🙏🏼
Thankful there are people like you and the AWP team to do these heart wrenching yet necessary finds for these families. God will bless you for your commitment.
The Team is getting better and better. Thank you for bringing us along for the real life mystery’s and search/adventures. AWP has really done a Great thing teaching other people how to search and use equipment so that more people can be found. Thank You for you dedication and volunteerism, I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.
It's pretty amazing what a community can do when it comes together. So many people finally making it home because of these dive communities. Thank you!
We need more people like y'all that go help strangers locate missing loved ones and help put closure to what happened to them. I've been watching your videos and it amazes me how y'all are able to do in hours sometimes days what several people departments haven't been able to do in weeks, months, years and sometimes decades. Keep up the great work!!!
What you do for the families is so hard to put into a select number of words. There's just so many emotions when you speak the words, "We've found him". It was overwhelming that you had a alone time with Jeff and spoke the words to him, "we're bringing you home". I cried like a baby... You are all Angel's!!!
Way to go for bringing home another lost family member. All of who are helping bring an end to lost loved ones are doing an amazing service !!Much love and respect to every last one of you
Very sorry of the loss. As a K9 SAR handler who certified in water detection, I wish agencies would recognize these resources. A good water detection K9 will clear potential areas quickly and narrow an area in a large body of water…yet…they rarely do
@@GearMaven glad to explain. Dogs work from boats (or shoreline)…they indicate on where human decomp odor breaks the surface if the water. Usually they strain over the edge, often taste the water and will 'run down the side of the boat' as it passes highest odor source. These are usually dogs trained as land cadaver dogs. You work boat in a grid system passing back and forth across the wind with dog on point at the bow. LOVED working water.
@@GearMaven all dogs have an amazing scenting ability…a nose on 4 paws. The herding and hunting breeds preserve these. SAR dogs are basically hunting humans… I was involved in wilderness SAR for many years…training, learning and working these dogs was a high in my life!
Thank you for your work. It’s a lot of hours of training and rough on the mind I imagine but bless you for doing it. It’s never wanted, simply because of the circumstance, but you are appreciated.

"Alright buddy, we're bringing you home" REALLY helps you see (and feel) just what a momentous gift this is for his family!
That moment stood out to me. Without the context of the video, it seems like a simple statement, but it held such compassion and consideration to the fact that this wasn't just another statistic. This was a person, a human being, a son, brother, cousin who was so very loved. And now, they're bringing him home after so long.

God bless you guys fr taking out missing people frm the water.
The tow truck driver seemed so nice and like he really respected this recovery mission and the work being done.
His name is Kelly Genoe. He's a damn good man and helps as many people as he can.
I wish we had good people like that where I live. Everyone here is so concerned about themselves it's ridiculous.. good job .
I'm a retired Texas police officer. These sometimes are the hardest cases. Great job guys you've found your calling!
I don't think the police should become a dive team but I keep thinking wouldn't it be nice if funding went to the police if they needed these services more often, Luckily they have discovered the results of defunding the police.
@@stclairstclair maybe the police should be putting money towards teams like this instead of buying cast off military gear then.
@@stclairstclair I think maybe defunding the police should be more refunding the police, you know less riot gear and more training for deescalation. and also taxing the rich so we actually have money to use for social services
I have officers in my family and they would definitely welcome these guys if they needed help with their cases. We live in Texas.

@@Chahlie Small world, I watched the CO Ped Patrol stream as well!
Thank you for bringing him home😢 May he rest in paradise❤My condolences to the family and friends of this sweet soul gone to soon never forgotten
I am a huge fan of Adventures with Purpose, and first saw you, Jacob, working with them. I'm now a fan of Chaos Divers, and others... it's an amazing movement toward people helping people, and I LOVE it!

So sorry for your loss ♥️🙏
I understand exactly how important it is to families to know where their loved one is. My husband was missing for 14 months and I can't tell you the relief it was when he was found.
Having lost a 10 year old niece in a terrible car drowning accident I can’t thank you guys enough. Although there wasn’t a need for a search I still appreciate the divers that were on hand that day. My heart goes out to the family. And thank you all once again. Definitely picked up a new subscriber today !
Michael, very sorry for your loss.
I'm so very sorry for your loss, love! That's horrible!
It speaks a great deal for your character that you noticed and appreciated the divers. I’m very sorry for your whole family.
Thank you
I did search and rescue diving for 20 years and this brought it all back to me.

Thats horrible 💔 prayers to the deceased loved ones 🙏
@@darylhudson777 At that depth it would be impossible to do a retrieval or even an identification.

I totally agree. No needless drama here. They seem to be humbled to be of service to grieving families.
Agreed, and no shameless plugs either trying to promote a product. :-/
Just wait till they become bigger and you’ll see
We have been the same since the beginning.
It's so heartbreaking but so relieving at the same time that the families finally get closure. You're amazing for what you do
It can't be understated how amazing it was; that after you guys and multiple teams did an entire days search for Jeff and came up empty- that you stuck to your word and came back all that way to keep trying when the family needed you again.
Was foul play envolved
Being right off the highway and him the only occupant and in the driver's seat I'd say depression the trails by the chicken farm or boat ramps would make more sense for a dump job than there
It was ruled an accident.

But if I wouldn't have looked in that pipe, nobody knows how long he been in there before washing out into the Catt. creek.
Did you find out what happened?
Was he murdered?
It was ruled an accident

So much love to the family and all of you ❤
I'm proud to say that Jacob lives in my hometown ! Much love and respect to him and his team !!
Your work is giving so much to these families. Appreciate what you are doing.
Just beyond my ability to express thanks for your efforts to bring lost loved ones home to families.
Lindsay, I love the way you tell the story. So calm and respectful with all the right words! God bless Chaos team!
What you do for the families is so hard to put into a select number of words. There's just so many emotions when you speak the words, "We've found him".
It was overwhelming that you had a alone time with Jeff and spoke the words to him, "we're bringing you home". I cried like a baby...
You are all Angel's!!!
It’s amazing what y’all are doing to help find the missing. Great to see it becoming such a popular thing now with several others also doing the same.
Another person who can be laid to rest.Well done guys on bringing home this young loved 1 👍😢💙🌈
Way to go for bringing home another lost family member. All of who are helping bring an end to lost loved ones are doing an amazing service !!Much love and respect to every last one of you
Very sorry of the loss. As a K9 SAR handler who certified in water detection, I wish agencies would recognize these resources. A good water detection K9 will clear potential areas quickly and narrow an area in a large body of water…yet…they rarely do
How does that work? Are the dogs IN the water? I'm clueless.
@@alexandrawhitelock6195 Amazing! Incredible animals and such an aid to humans. Thanks for explaining
@@GearMaven all dogs have an amazing scenting ability…a nose on 4 paws. The herding and hunting breeds preserve these.
SAR dogs are basically hunting humans…
I was involved in wilderness SAR for many years…training, learning and working these dogs was a high in my life!
Thank you for your work. It’s a lot of hours of training and rough on the mind I imagine but bless you for doing it. It’s never wanted, simply because of the circumstance, but you are appreciated.
Great job. I especially love seeing all of you groups work together on these searches.
You never know you just never know what life will bring! I lost my twin brother 22 years old tragically. I'm in my 60s now just thinking of him breaks my heart. Live your life everyday. God gave you a special gift all will be good he will provide for us. God called your cousin that day. I'm so sorry for your loss. Cheers the times you had in memories and live your life honey to the fullest! ❣️
Well done, y'all. I truly appreciate the respect and humility you show the families when filming these. I get it that publicity is a necessary part of the work due to the significant costs involved, but your team manages to strike a delicate balance quite perfectly. I'm truly grateful for the work you're all doing.❤️
Good work guys. I couldn’t imagine losing a loved one and cannot find them to give them proper burial. You all are amazing people
I love how everyone comes together to help this family find their missing loved ones. These videos are my favorite to watch. So many cold cases solved. What a rewarding life. It has to be so tough to have to inform the families tho. They get answers but it's still sad.
Ty for coming here and helping this man’s family. You didn’t have to and it’s wonderful that you did. You guys are doing amazing work and changing lives.
This goes far beyond RUclips, but I’m grateful for the platform since it allows us to all be a part of this ❤️ you and your fellow diving buddies really deserve all the recognition in the world!
Thanks Chaos divers and AWP.for bringing a lost soul home. Lindsey your compassion is there for all to see and to hear in your dialogue. Bless you all❤️
Hats off the chaos divers. They're dedicated to their cause and we're right to the point which made it very interesting and informative
