I love the fact that these guys started off finding lost treasures and cleaning up bodies of water, then one day, they found a car with a body in and and everything changed. They're now helping people find their lost loved ones and solving decade long cold cases, just because they're genuinely kind and caring people. Keep doin what you're doing guys, you're awesome ❤️

They recently put out a video and answered questions and said they have been approached to do TV shows but it would pretty much ruin what they are doing. They would want to do "recreations." Also it would take a week to film each person's case so they wouldn't be able to help nearly as many people. It also didn't sound like the offer they were talking about would really care about the loved ones of the missing people the way AWP does. I am glad that they are staying with their original purpose to help families bring home their loved ones.💜💜

Hey Jared, Most Classic GM vehicle's have interchangeable parts. You have Cadillac, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Chevrolet, and Buick makes under the General Motors manufacturer. My 1959 impala has the same roof, floors, firewall as any other GM vehicle made in 1959. Buick and Cadillac(maby Pontiac also) in some models made a longer vehicle so the floors and roof were longer and not interchangeable.
The NOVA vehicle, made by Chevrolet in 1962 is more or less 1 of 4 X-Body vehicles GM made. Most don't know this either, but NOVA stood for all 4 of GM X-Body Vehicles.
    N ova - Chevrolet Nova
    O mega - Oldsmobile Omega
    V entura - Pontiac Ventura
    A pollo - Buick Apollo
The Oldsmobile Omega and the Buick Apollo line started in 1973, but all 4 vehicles had many interchangeable parts. All had the same body.

Jared, I worked for my parents who owned a auto glass company for 30 years. Those door glasses have a factory part number on a visible lower corner. It’s in the glass. If I remember it’s as you’re looking at the car from the outside it’s on the right lower corner. That number should trace it to the make of the car. You probably already know this but just thought I’d mention it. Thanks for all you do!

@@Censortubes My parents were in business from 1960 to 1989 and I can assure you it was on them from at least 1970 on because we had a massive F5 tornado May 11,1970 (3 that actually came together) and wiped out a great deal of our city. I was 13 then and my job was to tear the car doors down, find or order parts and replacement door glass for every car that had theirs either knocked out or windows were partially down and wind actually twisted the glass without breaking it but bent the regulators which were the door components within the door that controlled the ability to roll the window up or down. My job was to order the replacement glass for each damaged door. We also had to go to the wrecking yards and remove door glasses from cars when it was impossible to locate new glass. The glass reference book was like our Bible but if we had to go by make/model we needed that number off hopefully the door glass on the other side of the car which was the same with exception of a couple numbers different which designated either left or right. Don’t know from 1990 on as we sold the company and I went to nursing school.

Just felt the need to attempt to hurt a woman’s feelings huh? Didn’t work, won’t work. I know how I researched glass and found it when others couldn’t. To add on to what I said earlier he said that what happened is that the army had decommissioned Santa Maria airport as a military airstrip post ww2 and that the city didn't develop it for commercial flights for years so they would all use it to race cars in the 50's and etc he remembers racing on the airstrip for about 10 years. Fun fact that airstrip was used in a movie if I recall Rocketeer or Rocketman the one about the guy who gets the prototype military jet pack and the nazis are after him well the hangar is actually a barn that is local that was used in the movie and they wanted to use his car in the movie but he was afraid they would damage it so he didn't. So many stories from back in the day.
He also told me back in the day that he was just out and about visiting a touristy kind of sight in the Los Angeles area and he turned around and Elvis was visiting it as well and he said that he met Elvis by accident and had a conversation with him and his entourage. Just some of the crazy stuff.
Another time he was out with my grandma at this theatre in so cal somewhere and turned around and saw one of the golden age actors of Hollywood dont remember who standing behind my grandma and she was oblivious to it cause he was if I recall her favorite actor back then and he was just standing behind her talking to his wife and she didn't realize.
He also got to meet a couple of famous musicians when he was in high school his school band got to perform at a competition at this place in Los Angeles and they won and they got to go to this club and listen to music and he got to jam with a couple well known musicians and he recalled one of them telling him that if he became a professional musician he would get burned out on the road and etc and this guy was like every time I went somewhere and someone asked me where I was going next I would say Austin Texas and that went on for years until I was in Austin and someone asked me and I said that and realized at that moment that I needed a career change lol.
Its crazy the stories he talks about with stuff just taking place like that .
John Madden was teaching or the coach or something at the college when he was at college and he remembers chilling with him and etc. I mean the stories my grandpa talks about are like shit out of a book im surprised he doesn't write one with all the insane stuff that has happened in his life.
He was on a ship back in the 80's or 90's which he still calls the cruise from hell and basically what happened in this cruise was the Caribbean and Mexico and etc and the ship was transiting the Panama Canal, hit the side of the lock and tore a gash in the ship, they had to wait for repairs then got towed and then half the ship got sick with the flu, they ended up in a port somewhere and people got off the ship and the crew got mugged, and passengers got mugged, and then to make it worse, they ran low on food, half the crew quit, the ships second engine died and grandpa said Fuck this and left and flew home with grandma, and the ship got stranded because the line went bust and stranded people wherever they were at the time.
Sometimes the stuff he tells me is just crazy and he's still telling me new stuff that has happened, and the he gave me a box of slide photos of stuff he talked about and its just crazy to see photos of shit I have a photo of the ship listing after it hit the lock and its just one thing to see photos of the crazy crap he talks about happening. He's had such a interesting life cause of when he got to grow up and im like we dont have stuff like that happen really now. Just can't get experiences like way back in the day.

I find it amazing what you guys do. Last year, my nephew and his friend were driving and went around a corner too fast on an icy road. They went into the River, my nephew was the passenger and had his window down, because of that he was able to make it out of the car and made it to the banks. He went and ran for help. Unfortunately, his friend didn’t make it. They found him in 18ft of water. He was fortunate that he made it out but had he not. That would have been him. No one would have known. That’s why it’s so important that people like you exist. You not only bring closure to the families but you bring closure for the dead, you bring them home! You should be very proud of that. ❤

I love you guys for what you do. My Dad was in the Seal Team, but long before was a salvage diver. Dove on a plane wreck in NY and his recollection was emotional. God Bless you all.
