“I’ll Be In The River” Missing Man’s Last Words | Crashed Truck Found In 5 Minutes

- We searched the Kentucky river for a missing person after receiving a tip from the local fire department that a man went missing. We had little information to go on expect he went missing in a truck and left a suicide note mentioning going to the river. After putting our boats in the water and sonar for 5 minutes we located a truck right off the boat ramp. We then went scuba diving to retrieve the plate and called the towing company to remove it from the river. It was not the vehicle we were searching for but still did not belong in the river.

Carey's rescued me the last time I had a breakdown. They are good guys. You are right across the river from me. That is a different driver than came for me, but the one that came for me was a great guy. I didn't know that power steering fluid was now dyed red, and though my transmission had blown a seal. He didn't just pick me up, he figured out what was actually wrong with it, which calmed me down a heckuva lot.
Great job Adam and Nug. Can't believe the police didn't think it was a big deal. Glad you removed it for the environment.

Told family in area about towing company. They had just moved back after several years in FL. I'm in Ohio and feel better knowing they have a towing company recommended to call. They're widows so I worry. Thanks guys keep up the great work!
I used to live in Florida. I watched people move there fit and healthy enjoying the sun and active lives then age, lose friends and sometimes the spouse or sister or brother or other person they moved there with. Even sadder is NOT seeing them "move back north" or home to where they have a NETWORK of friends and or family of support. The number of home nurses only stretches so far and no one wants to pay them a living wage. The difference in nursing homes there and everywhere else I have lived is stark.

Seems odd that nobody else had heard about the rumour. I sincerely hope that people aren't starting rumours just to mess with guys like yourselves who spend a lot of time and effort searching for lost/missing loved ones.

Jeremy- I have that same camera (Insta x360) and they make a scuba diving case for it that will protect the lens from getting scratched. Case is rated for 200’.

Hey guys,there's a tool in the car world called 'trim clip removal tool' there like a big set of pliers with a boule fork at the end, there only about 10 bucks, they would be excellent for removing licence plates underwater! Good luck man

Way to go Adam and Nug!! Anyone who doesn’t have a fear of a moving river is crazy! Things are always moving or shifting it them. The temperature of the one close to me is so cold it will put a person into shock fast! Nug try some Nano on your screen. On my cell phone I put at least 3 layers on it. Maybe it will help protect the screen some. I would definitely do more than 3. But that’s some good working stuff.

i learned the hard way when hazelwoods towimg damaged my van further
