    Main aapke channel pr new hun. Mere left knee mein 10 saal se pain hai.
    Meri umr 55 saal ki hai aur weight 50 kg. hai.
    ग्रेड 3 hai mera, sujan nahi aa rahi hai, pehle rehti thi.
    Sukh Aasan aur Vajr aasan mein baithne mein dard hota hai, pooja zameen pr baith kr nahi kar sakti.

    उसके बाद अचानक से दोनों नहीं में सूजन आ गई है और चला नहीं जा रहा

    RA हैं। दाहिने घुटने मे सूजन हैं लगभग चार महीने होने वाला है परंतु सूजन नही गई उपाय बताए।
