The one thing that really is holding me is the freaking pull-ups 😭 I got no arm strength
You don’t have to do pulls ups. Push ups are always an option
same here, I went to a recruiting station a while ago and the recruiters were kinda like err because I didnt make a full pull up. Its mainly my pull ups and push ups i needa work on V__V
@@sashaguerra3740 yeah I felt out of place. Though after time, I got it down. Months passed by and I can do 3 pull ups. You got this, just push yourself even if you’re unmotivated! You’ll see small improvements.
Continue to work on your upper body strength little by little. In do time you will be able to do one!
Interval trainings using upper body workouts help. Don’t think it’s impossible! It is possible. I used to be you.
Also try walking around with weights in a backpack.
Get a pull bar and do pyramid workouts. Start off slowly n the increase you sets etc...

You should like make a video for how too prepare for the asvab test and how to score well enough so you can get the job we want also gives us Like tips on how to basically in the asvab what you did to pass on your asvab when you took it
Just study n take practice test online that's what I did n take the picat

When you were in boot camp, did you see any female recruits with GI Jane (Demi Moore movie) haircuts? Recruits with shaved heads don't have to worry about buns every day.
Sure did. A lot of girls actually cut their hair really short in order to not have to do their hair

I don’t think so, have you gone to MEPS? They check your weight to see if you qualify. I think they will also make you eat more😂

how do you sleep in a bun? do you do it in the morning? do you do it before bed? whenever i go to sleep with it already in, i wake up and it's completely messed up.
