Hey man, you should take a look at the piaggio skipper or gilera runner. They both have 125cc liquid cooled motors and the runner even has a 180cc version. Really fun bikes!
I snapped those adapters all the time. You’re going from a quarter inch shaft to a half inch socket you got a step it up with a 3/8 or half inch impact gun. Love the vid‘s. !!! 🔥
The derbi probably needs a bigger main jet like 100-120. And also the pipe has 2 restrictions, 1 in the header and 1 in the silencer, usually people miss the silencer restriction so you should check it out

I have a gy6 50cc 4 stroke with a 70cc bbk and a pz18 carb with high flow filter worked. But any bigger than the 18mm would most likely not have worked without an airbox.
Had the same issue on my Zuma I took the heat cover off and it ran like shit bogging and wouldn’t hardly move anywhere So would definitely suggest putting a heat cover over ur cylinder head on the Zuma it should fix the issue with the Zuma
Try the stock delorto 99-01carb on the zuma. Has two piece choke & slide. 89 came with that weird one piece cap for carb & choke no good. Stroker soundin hard 🔥

that intake manny and the reeds are buff for the 50cc from stock form because piaggio 50cc 2t and 125cc 150cc and 180cc all 2t intake ports and fittings ar the same size and models only carb fitting sizes change but u need a 70cc kit on kit on it cuz they will run well better then the honda motors and minarelli plus the compression on the 50cc's compared to the other style motors ar far better
a 19mm carb is way too big for a stock 50cc i put on a 17,5mm on my unported 50cc and it just didnt like to go at all maybe if you do some porting it could be good
You gotta keep your MB5 battery charged bc its thr voltage regulator and without it the bike makes 18 volts and blows all the bulbs.. ask me how I know, same story for Honda expresses

hey i was watching a different video where it showed the honda grom has a mod for the oil so that when you wheelie it sucks the oil up from the bottom and shoots it up t the top . i was wondering if the littler scooters have that same issue where they need that mod . wish i could remember the name of that part . but with out it it will burn the motors up in the grom .
You do any jetting or anything? Pipe? Carb? Let the motor break in for a bit, as soon as its put together and sealed up, let it dry, start, let it idle up to temp, kill it, let it cool down. Do that like, maybe 10 times. Might just have to tune or you may be pulling a leak somewhere else, base gasket or head if you didnt use sealer. New builds are always picky though
I got a 1978 puch maxi and I rebuilt it. The clutch hit the clutch cover so it locks up when I put the clutch cover on. Someone lmk to help me on how to fix this if they know
Any help will be appreciated I have a 150cc gy6 Cold start it runs perfect but after some time and coming to a stop it idles and then just dies. I start it and need to open throttle a bit and it starts but with a backfire and some black smoke. Is that a sign of some running rich on idle and 1/4 throttle?
Yea, id check out the plug and see what it looks like for a full confirmation....id also check the valves as well make sure they are in proper adjustment.
Valve adjustment and change the auto choke. When the choke fails, it fails in the on position making it run way rich when the motor is hot and doesn't need it my bro
So i have a aprilia sr 50 2002 morini engine it has a 70cc kit in it a 21 carburetor mallosi variator kit, a mallosi clutch and a giannelli exhaust but the top speed is 80kmh does anyone know how do i make it faster?
The Morini variator is small stock, try locate a bigger one or go bigger gears. 80klm is about right for stock trans on the Morini. Consider a Piaggio swap as the scope for a fast Morini is limited

The moped with the yasuni has a gilera/piaggio vario cover case. all the 50cc runners, typhoons, nrg and ntts got them.

I had quite the same problem on my honda and the sulotion for me were only to screw the screws, and you can hear how rich ur honda is going

On the Zuma it’s suspose to have a heat cover over the cylinder head put one on and it should run better

About the zuma! I had the same problem with my scooter, CHECK THE PISTON AND CYLINDER!! Mine turned out to be complete toast
Do extra ground for coil for prebug!
It's definitely your airbox had the same problems with the two strokes they do not function well without the stock air box

I believe stock jetting on a prebug is bigger like 93 main. And 36 idle.. I thought was kinda big but I believe thAt what it be.
The original carb for prebug is dellorto carb.. it has a plastic black bowl on it

the mb5 has a battery eliminator kit on it so it prevents that. the fuse for the headlight actually popped not the headlight itself

95% of the time when card adjustments don't work in my experience there's a air leak also the prebug needs the stock airbox for the stock carb
You should only change one jet at a time, because one effects the other, and you don't know what caused the effect!

A tip is not to run naraku, naraku is a cheao but low quality company. Ive used mant products and its not good
NARAKU make some good stuff, the 4t bore kits are excellent. The variator comes with too heavy weights unfortunately
