I still use the basic quick Béchamel sauce as before. I put in the mustard with added garlic and plenty of black pepper. It's one of my favourite dishes now ☺

There is no basic technique here, just bad technique. You won't learn anything about cooking by watching this video, almost everything is bad, and the result is a disgusting looking lushy-mush of vegetables that you would be ashamed to call a lasagna. Barely a soup.
