If you kill the last regular enemy (non fat) while in tony's cutscene trigger the game freaks out and lets you go straight back to the van

My problem is that sometimes the NPC's spawn in slightly different places or walk around the map, so it can be hard to keep doing the pattern.
would you recommend using guns or melee for the fastest speedrun?
Guns are good for speedruns because peeking corners and waiting for melees is slow and will get you killed more.

30 minutes is approximately the time it took me to beat dead ahead. This guy, in the same time, beat dead ahead, along with an extra 24 levels.
