So we just have to get an enemy outside so we can knock him into the car and execute him which hits the level end trigger. The reason we have to stay outside is because an invisible wall spawns on the front door when we walk inside so we can't walk back out, unless we do a different setup to get around that invisible wall like here during the neighbours skip 5:28. Luckily on decadence, we are able to get a gun outside which we can use to simply shoot and attract enemies outside
Each level is unlocked after you see the results screen, you don't need to go into beard's shop or whatever after and talk to him you can just quit to the menu and the next level will be there for you to enter

Ive just finished hotline miami, amazing game! took me 4 hours, this is insane!!! How many play throughs does it take to get this fast? some of this shit looks scripted its so fast! haha
did u know that u can pass trhu dialoges buy right clicking just like hotline miami 2 :D i dont think it will change something but u can still try :D anyway congrats m8 ;D

Yeah the bonus/dlc levels are an exception but for all levels that appear in the run the vertical rule applies

How did you skip the dialogue so fast? Ik its right click, but its not as fast as you do it.
Most of the time you can start the dialogue with right click or begin pressing it a mili second before it starts
You hold right click and mash left click to skip dialogue fast

Other games/communites count out load times because they can differ from pc to pc, but in hotline the loads are the same for everybody.
