They were following the comics very closely, and the comics are kinda... whack. Tony is the calm, rational leader, Mark uses his bear hands not his guns, the swans have the numbers on their shoulder pads instead of their masks, Corey uses a katana... that all doesnt really seem familiar to the game, especially the Tony part.
Wow this was really well made and surprisingly well acted, for some reason the second half of the short seems to flow so much better than the first half where it's a bit hard to follow the action and choreography. Huge props this is an awesome short/video!

Wow! Very well made indeed. Quite enjoyable, I especially liked the choreography during the fight scenes and the gut-rip part at 2:05 ! I sort of hoped you would have gone for the short, quick cuts during the fight scenes in the middle of the film as the quick-going music doesn't seem to fit some of the longer shots too well which is a shame since a lot of the video has been shot really well! Also it seems as if you've slightly mixed up some of the character's personalities in your voice acting. In your film it seems as if Mark (the bear) is the angry guy but in Hotline Miami 2 he is actually the calmest and most slow-going of them all saying stuff like ''we could always just grab some pizza''. The angry one of The Fans is actually Tony, the tiger who says stuff like ''fucking loser Russians'' etc. and it seems as if you've mixed their personalities up slightly in your voice-acting, don't know if it was on purpose. But great film guys hope to see more Hotline Miami stuff from you in the future! I'm a fan!
