Not only does the food look so fresh, but it organic too. Me who lives in Canada for the past so many decades, the prices where I live are ten times more. The food in the western world like Museveni said once, about pineapples in Europe , tasteless.

yes,,, I've heard about the cleanliness of Rwanda.. but 6$ for 24 eggs is high,,, even by American standards. 😅😂😂😮. But maybe they are giving you higher price because they see you with the camera and think your rich. 😆😆 I've heard about that in Africa ... but it seems like a lovely place that I would visit. I actually thought they would be use to cameras ... unlike your village . But both of them evidently are a little unfamiliar with much technology. No problem ... I want Africa to take it's time and develop at it's own pace and not make mistakes because they want to catch up with modern societies. It's not all good here in the US . thank you for your tours. I am just browsing your library.

Meat and Seafood that is frozen fresh will stay fresh for a long time.
You will notice that most Fishing ships also have processing facilities. That allows the fish to be caught, cleaned, cut, packed and frozen all within 60-90 Minutes!
