Hi Ian! You're right, in Palermo there's the Sherbeth International gelato festival every year. This very ice cream shop is in other parts of Sicily. They have shops in: - Catania - Ortigia (Siracusa) - Marzamemi - Marina di Ragusa - Marina di Modica - Ragusa They also have one in Hollywood Bvd (Miami) non yet in Palermo but they might open shop there soon, too!
Again, great video guys! I see the channel is slowly taking off 🎉Where exactly I can find the good ice cream on Tenerife!? I didn’t find any good ones so far!
The gelato in Sicily compared to Tenerife?! It's like comparing chinese food in Shanghai with Chinese food in Sri Lanka....What a joke. I truly appreciate your videos, very interesting and educational.
@@mnz145 Thanks for your comment, both gelato places in Tenerife are owned and run by Italians... and they were excellent! (There are also terrible Italian gelaterias and great Spanish ones... it very much depends on the place!) To be honest we also ate our best pizza in Spain in a pizzeria owned by a family from Napoli, better than any pizza we had in Sicily.. (We will go to Napoli in a couple of weeks so I'm sure that's about to change!) I
She does, this one was a bit too sweet for her taste but at the end of the video we go through a few ice cream shops and tastes she liked back in Tenerife
Glad I found your channel, I wasn’t aware of that Gelato spot in Palermo I normal go to a tourist spot in the centre. Now I know!!
