Saying it doesn't is like saying consuming sugar can't raise your blood sugar. It's complete nonsense. And saying high cholesterol can't tell you about a person's health is laughable. Too much of anything will be bad for you. Time for you to start doing a little research.
@@Joshua-gu5nj Our liver makes cholesterol all the time. If we consume more cholesterol thru eating, food then our liver simply cuts back on its own production of cholesterol. It's as simple as that!

Make sure it’s grass fed and you’re getting your omega 3s. Most of us love eggs but don’t realize we are consuming too much omega 6 in our diet. Because the feed they feed these chickens a lot of the times is soy bean feed. Too much omega 6 can be worse for you then sugar when consumed in excess. Please look into the products your eating.
I was under the impression that the thinner shells came from older chickens - that as a laying hen ages their ability to produce calcium (the major component of the shell) deminishes.
We had chickens growing up and my mother took eggs fresh laid washed and poked little hole on the top and bottom and drank one egg a day, very healthy and no fat in our body.

I eat 3 large pastured eggs fried in butter, mushrooms fried in coconut oil, a whole avocado and a cube of hard strong tasting cheese every day for brunch. Having a fat meal in the am keeps me satisfied until my salad with seafood dinner in the afternoon. That's it. Eggs and seafood are incredibly healthy foods and reasonably priced.
I eat 4 egg whites with one yolk in the morning and 2 egg whites with one yolk in the evening before bed - the protein at night ensures stable blood sugar and a good night's sleep. That's 6 eggs per day! I'm 66 and this hasn't affected my health whatsoever. Normal BP, low cholesterol, normal blood sugar. However, I am a bit concerned about any hidden risks.
Whether its eggs, butter, or even meat for that matter, what we need to specify whether it is grass fed or free range, etc. factory versions of these cannot even be considered in the same category. All these studies I read about regarding animal products do not differentiate between these various options.

I have been eating only egg yolks for years. I just assumed that that would be the nutritious part and also because the egg white is tasteless. When I had an omelette, it tasted bland because it had too much white which being without flavour diluted the rich flavour of the yolk. I undercook my eggs so that the white is jelly like and easily falls away from the yolk which is firm and moist.
I eat 3 pickled egg kebabs twice a day and my cholesterol is through the roof but I also eat a lot of KitKats and sometimes Wagon Wheels when I can find them which is not that often these days
Hey..it’s most likely the KitKat bars. The saturated fat in the Kit Kat is what is increasing blood cholesterol. Eliminate them, if you haven’t already. But I’m sure if you reduced your daily egg consumption to half you’d see an even greater reduction.

Hello! Great video, but I am not sure what to think after seeing another video. The site is called Gut Feelings, egg intolerance. I personally love eggs as well, but the video talked a lot about digestive issues, skin issues, and even sinus issues from eating eggs. She says that it’s not the egg that causes the problems, but the pathogens in your body that feed off of the eggs, or something like that. He said we should avoid eggs and dairy. I do have issues when I have too much dairy, but I am not sure what to do about eggs, I love my pasture raised eggs!

If eggs have no relation to blood cholesterol that our organs need to survive, how does eating eggs trigger the liver to lower the amount it makes. The liver pits cholesterol into circulation, egg cholesterol doesn’t? Why is the liver triggered to lower its cholesterol production then?
There's way more to the negative things critics say eggs cause than...eggs! Many years ago, at the height of egg-bashing, legendary (late) heart surgeon Dr. Michael DeBakey said, "Eating eggs each day never hurt anyone!"
I can’t believe how many people don’t put eggs in their protein shake. Large cup of ice 4-6 raw eggs (pasture raised) all that matters Large scoop p. Butter (organic) 1 1/2 cup Grass fed and finished organic whole milk Half or whole banana I prefer half especially if they’re getting sweet Heavy sprinkle of ground cinnamon and 1 scoop of whey protein of choice I use 100% grass fed and finished whey protein. I make a 3 egg , butter, pinch of salt, hot coffee drink with hand mixer, nice and frothy and it tastes good. Sometimes it can taste a little bit eggy, but usually I don't notice. Think about adding Vitamin D3 with K2 in your daily intake. I wouldn't add any calcium without adding K2. This is vitamin is vital in directing the calcium into your bones and teeth instead of in your soft tissues like your arteries! Calcium Plaque is THE Leading cause of Clogged Arteries!! Do a Google search and you will find out a wealth of info concerning this!😉 (Btw.....most folks do NOT need to add extra calcium. The problem is that the calcium is not able to get into the bones and teeth where it belongs without having Vitamin K2 present!)

The egg white is mostly protein (and some people have allergies to it)...but certainly don't be afraid of the yolk it is super good for you.
I replace my oatmeal with 2 eggs a day for 60 days, my cholesterol went from 174 to 253 and my LDL under a 100 to 174. all other number good but it DID raise my cholesterol . Sucks
Yeah, cholesterol is needed in our bodies, and that's why our bodies make it. Also, consuming cholesterol does raise your cholesterol.

I love poached eggs. I’ve been eating two poached in the morning, and two poached over homemade salad aswell, sliced cabbage, sliced cauliflower, diced avocado, two soft boiled eggs on top and honey mustard and cilantro sauce drizzled over the top it’s AMAZINF
excellent advice!
I use to eat 2 eggs a day but now eat 4 because they are so delicious. Just add butter, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. 🧑🍳
I eat 3 whole eggs everyday with olive oil and salad and mozzarella cheese. I feel so satisfied after that meal and also it's the only meal I eat.
4? I often eat 10-12 a day. Eggs are amazing in every way.
Great info!!!!!

It provides valuable information on selecting the best types of eggs for optimal nutrition, promoting gratitude for the accessibility and affordability of this nutritious food source.
70% of cholesterol is made by the body only 30% is diet ,ask yourself if it’s bad why does your body make it in abundance
I eat 10 to 12 eggs per day and feel fantastic. I buy organic pasture-raised
Iv been eating 4 whole eggs a day last 15 years and I’m 44 still training in the gym injury free.
Chickens don’t eat grass 🤣
Brilliant~
The body needs the yolk to digest the egg white. Choline helps cure fatty liver.
I was under the impression that the thinner shells came from older chickens - that as a laying hen ages their ability to produce calcium (the major component of the shell) deminishes.
I just added 2 eggs to my omad dinner! Thank you!
We had chickens growing up and my mother took eggs fresh laid washed and poked little hole on the top and bottom and drank one egg a day, very healthy and no fat in our body.
Today I’m 73 and going strong.

Max says in the video that eggs with darker egg yolks have more caretenoids. From my research most commercially available pasture raised eggs like in Wholefoods the chickens are fed Mary gold to get the darker color?
Are there any brands available in stores that have the caretenoids?
I cook my eggs with a bit of macademia oil and have them with beef liver for breakfast. Very filling
Pastured eggs prepared in a quality butter is heaven!
Eggs fried in butter😍😍😍😍😍😍
Pasture raised eggs, not pasteurized eggs.
I like to mix in a raw egg yolk into my black coffee, then add a little heavy cream or real butter. Delicious fat bomb breakfast. Beef, Bacon, Butter & Eggs are staples.
thank u Max
Yeah I can perfectly see u reached 100 and still alive and well..... Lets see how long you will live.... Go low fat plant based people don't listen to those ignorants impostors.... The populations with the longest longevity are hands down the ones that eat less animal products and less fats and cholesterol overall. Have u checked ur arteries for placs??? Because I did every year and at 46 I have none. I have been following a strict low fat plant based diet for 15 years and it is a miracle on the arteries and heart, bones and immune system. Not a single fever in 15 years aswell. My total cholesterol has been around 100mg/dl.
Thank you for this video. The information was egg🥚zellent 🙏
8 whole eggs a day here for past 20yrs. Needless to say bloodwork checks out and libido skyhigh and muscled as fuck
2 eggs a day for as long as I can remember. I pay for private health care here in the U.K. and get blood work done regularly, all healthy normal levels. Meanwhile, our public healthcare system is full of misinformation regarding cholesterol.
Would you like to comment on the effect of egg consumption on prostate health. I am hesitant to consume eggs because its supposed to have an unfavorable effect on the prostate.
I was suffering prostate problems, stopped eating all egg!!!!! Few weeks later, no more. Never eat egg again.
I recommend duck eggs they are fantastic and higher in B12 than chicken 🐔 eggs try these with a grass Fed ribeye
Any difference in taste? I've never had duck eggs .. I'll try it on my next shopping trip
I have no idea who or what to believe anymore. I have made it to the age of 82 by doing the best I can to do the right thing. Sleep right, eat right and exercise daily. Something will eventually take me out. At this stage of the game, I think the biggest deterrent to longevity is life. As the saying goes, nobody gets out of here alive. It has been fun.
Keep going!! I’m 31 & your story is inspirational. You are right it’s hard to know what to believe. But your intuition has served you!!
I eat six to seven eggs a day. ❤ eggs! I used no salt just two teaspoons black pepper. And I cook them in olive oil. Usually a light scramble.
Max, something I can find zero answers for - Do the healthier fats etc get destroyed when the yolk if firmly cooked, as in useless as intended for one's body? Thanks👍
Not destroyed, but some can oxidize. Ultimately I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
@@maxlugavere Thanks👍
yes they do get destroyed by excessive heat. cook the whites, but keep the yolks as close to raw as you can.

If eggs have no relation to blood cholesterol that our organs need to survive, how does eating eggs trigger the liver to lower the amount it makes.
The liver pits cholesterol into circulation, egg cholesterol doesn’t? Why is the liver triggered to lower its cholesterol production then?
What he means is that eating eggs does not put excess cholesterol in your blood. The liver just simply dials down its own cholesterol production.
That's right Gloria i agree with you, you need to lecture/educate Justing Goryo on his little knowledge about eggs.
Eggs are used in omelettes and this alone is enough for me to eat 3 to 4 of them a day. Nothing beats an omelette imo, especially with cheese and lard
Full english is king
There's way more to the negative things critics say eggs cause than...eggs! Many years ago, at the height of egg-bashing, legendary (late) heart surgeon Dr. Michael DeBakey said, "Eating eggs each day never hurt anyone!"
Is it okay to consume cholesterol if you have inflammation in intestines ?
"Lay out my eggxact, no pun intended..."
...
"Hahaha because chicken lay eggs."
*FUCKING WHAT!?!?!*
I can’t believe how many people don’t put eggs in their protein shake.
Large cup of ice
4-6 raw eggs (pasture raised) all that matters
Large scoop p. Butter (organic)
1 1/2 cup Grass fed and finished organic whole milk
Half or whole banana I prefer half especially if they’re getting sweet
Heavy sprinkle of ground cinnamon and
1 scoop of whey protein of choice I use 100% grass fed and finished whey protein.
Adjust liquids and ice to your liking these shakes are delicious something about eggs gives it an ice cream taste real dessert been doing it so long can’t even taste the eggs anymore especially with the peanut butter banana cinnamon and the drink is ice cold trust me it’s delicious and nutritious.
Would you agree that Pasture raised eggs are the only eggs you should eat raw? I love mixing them with oj to make a orange julius and our local Aldi has a good deal on pasture raised eggs.
Because normal people cook them to get double the nutritional and deliciousness value out of them.
If food doesn't affect blood cholesterol then what does. I have total cholesterol of 1011, I don't know what to do about it and it worries me.
I’m a 75 year old and a survivor of my first 70 years. Eyes have noticeably changed over the last 5 years I went to glasses and glaucoma then I couldn’t see well and the Dr. redid my prescription, and found that I needed a much weaker prescription now. He said have no glaucoma growth. He ended up moving a chair over to me and talking about my diet, after I mentioned I was vary careful with food. He even he’s going to research what I was saying. Ha you guys are funny. I do eat lots of eggs and meat. I fast for Autophagy and not 12 hours but two or three days at least once a month and 1 day a few more times. I backed out of type #2 diabetes in 4 months. Lost 85 lbs in less than 2 years. I ride a electric Unicycle for transportation even in the snow. Eggs are great 👍. Any of these comments from older people or with a list recovering successes? Don’t worry I don’t think you’re sounding like parrots 🦜.
I drink 4-6 eggs a day. Full eggs. Id prefer 6 but due to the price of them now, i have to budget them alot.
God is so good! He created perfect food to nourish our bodies!!!
What do you think of,
FEASTING & THEN water only FASTING FOR 32 HRS BEFORE FEASTING AGAIN..???
I believe this is the most natural eating pattern.
But hrs vary.
I fast 18, 20, 24, 32, 50, 48, 60,& 72 and more hrs, & once a month I water only fast 5 days.
Always water only fasting, when fasting.
Waiting to see if MAX answers my question to him..
I do the same. U are very smart. Keep it up
What type of eggs 🥚?
I’ve put a yolk in my bulletproof coffee and it was fine. I prefer boiled for adding to a meal, just like a multivitamin replacement.
Duck eggs have an extremely tough shell. And the yolk was solid before I even cooked it, and deep yellow. Didn’t notice any significant difference in flavour, more salty was all.
Try a goose egg! They are about 3-4 times larger than a duck egg and you need a hammer to crack them!
I make a 3 egg , butter, pinch of salt, hot coffee drink with hand mixer, nice and frothy and it tastes good. Sometimes it can taste a little bit eggy, but usually I don't notice. I get incredibly sustained energy all morning and for lunch break I eat some veggies sautéed in butter or ghee, with steak or chicken or pork.
Sometimes I might throw a scoop of rice but as of now I don't worry about throwing carbs into my diet occasionally. I did a keto reset and now I am metabolically flexible and can eat a croissant or pastry, but generally I abstain from any pasta, or bread and eat salad with meat. I don't care for fruit. I don't drink juice or soda. No alcohol either because I quit.
I assume this is done with cold coffee?
@@dustynleonard4879 He said it was a hot coffee drink.
In your coffee raw? That’s one more thing for my morning coffee recipe. Fresh ground organic coffee, turmeric w/pepper, cinnamon, butter (grass fed)heavy cream, MCT once. Now a egg. I say I eat once a day but I cheat with my coffee load. Thanks. Ps. I think I should stop the cream.
I eat 2-3 pasture raised eggs daily. My cholesterol level, especially my LDL level has jumped significantly but my Triglycerides and HDH are excellent. I have also stopped my Lipitor. My doctors are strongly urging me to restart it but I have refused so far.
I may be a Hyper Responder?
I stopped using to much saturated fats and more olive oil and avacado oil👍my cholesterol went down
Don't worry about it. I did the same & refused to go back on Lipitor even when they sent me to a cardiologist. At my age(78) better to have a higher LDL than one that is really low, according to the research. The Triglyceride to HDL ratio is THE most important marker, moreso than Total Cholesterol or LDL. I also wwnt low carb with intermittent fasting so my LDL doubled, but I knew it would.

@@radoslavsk8591 Nah, total cholesterol is irrelevant, unless one has hyperlipidemia, which can have a genetic component to it. The best measure of risk is one's ApoA to ApoB ratio. Triglyserides to HDL ratio also important. High levels of triglycerides is very dangerous.

The reason why we remove the yolks is for calorie density. 10 egg whites is equivalent to two eggs. Much easier to stay full and leaner removing some yolks. Interesting info nonetheless
I personally would keep the eggs whole as intended and remove calories from elsewhere in your diet.

How do you feel about supplementing calcium in the diet diet by eating sanitized via boiling then pulverized egg shells. My Diagnosis at age 66 is osteopenia.
Do a Google search and you will find out a wealth of info concerning this!😉
(Btw.....most folks do NOT need to add extra calcium. The problem is that the calcium is not able to get into the bones and teeth where it belongs without having Vitamin K2 present!)
Eggshells are an excellent source of highly absorbable calcium.
