I have been eating eggs every morning for the past 40 years. Was on 2 a day soft boiled done by my maid. 14 years ago, I retired and didnt have maid any more, I changed to three a day. My last checked total cholesterol was 5.65, LDL 3.72 and the ratio 4.31. In my opinion, I believe that people tend to have high cholesterol due to consuming too much sugar rather than high cholesterol foods

Why do humans have to complicate eating eggs. Adding extra egg whites, not over cooking the yolk , don't eat raw egg whites because, because....
Just eat the eggs completely raw if you want like all other animals would in nature do. Some
    humans over complicate every thing
Keep it simple and eat nutrient dense foods that are good for your brain, liver, pancreas, and so on. Avoid high carb diets which will raise insulin levels ( fat storing hormone) and cause a myriad of diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and Alzheimers.
If you can't afford pasture eggs eat the regular ones which are still better than feeding your children with sugary breakfasts.
Come on folks, I hope you do the right thing.

It should be noted that egg white isn't just generic "protein", some of the proteins are anti-viral, and other anti-microbials. Eating egg whites helps you resist diseases by giving a little bit of extra aid to your immune system. This is in addition to all the immune system boosting micronutrients in the yolk, such as vitamin D.

I have been eating only egg yolks for years. I just assumed that that would be the nutritious part and also because the egg white is tasteless. When I had an omelette, it tasted bland because it had too much white which being without flavour diluted the rich flavour of the yolk. I undercook my eggs so that the white is jelly like and easily falls away from the yolk which is firm and moist.

I personally love eggs as well, but the video talked a lot about digestive issues, skin issues, and even sinus issues from eating eggs. She says that it’s not the egg that causes the problems, but the pathogens in your body that feed off of the eggs, or something like that. He said we should avoid eggs and dairy.
