My husband passed away 3 years ago. And honestly I have been having a hard time cooking for just 1. I will make this and freeze it. Then repeat each week. Thank you. Let simmer. Serve over rice or tortilla chips with grated cheese. Look for this stuff when it is on sale. I make about 6 meals out of this for around $12

Love your videos bro but why not just toss in chocolate protein powder in the oatmeal (and gotta add a bit more water)? Get that extra protein and chocolate flavor. And no need for the Greek yogurt or keep for more protein. Also, maybe turn down the transition music a smidge. It's a bit loud. Literally have to turn the volume down for the music and back up when you talk so my neighbors don't get pissed.

The meal you prepared in this video. This is for the whole day only or for the whole week?

the whole week, 5 different containers for 5 different days of the week and then weekend you would want to regulate your meals to not be like a super cheat day.

Almost a great video. It would have been useful if you would have mentioned to people what to actually buy before getting into the meal prep.

How do you all not get bored of eating the same meals over and over? I'm just starting my journey (38yrs) of bulking, but damn I need something different like every 3 days at least.
